Well-equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher, etc.). Cellar with washing machine, fridge and freezer, ironing board and iron. Land (1200 m² fully fenced) and small BQ house. Heated pool with alarm, garden shower, pool maintenance guaranteed. Automatic watering. ADSL internet box. Ocean 15 min. on foot and pool at 5 min. walk. ping pong table. Nearby: tennis, horse riding club, cycle paths, fishing, boat rental and shuttle to Arcachon.
