Great little family run hidaway by the sea

It is always such a pleasure to meet our hosts, especially if they are as welcoming as this family. Including the pup Bianca. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The terrace on the roof was absolutely wonderful. Surrounded by olive trees and birds. And there is a lovely beach very very close. You can hear the waves from the house and see it from the terrace. Thank you !

La casa è davvero bellissima e molto caratteristica, con forti richiami allo stile mediterraneo, che si inserisce perfettamente nel contesto circostante.La posizione è semplicemente fantastica: la spiaggia e il mare si trovano a pochissimi metri e sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi in pochi secondi. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la possibilità di lasciare l'auto parcheggiata per diversi giorni e dimenticarcene completamente: è stato un vero toccasana!Gli spazi interni sono comodi, accoglienti e funzionali, ma la casa offre anche piacevoli spazi esterni, tra cui un dehor con divanetto e una veranda coperta. Il vero punto di forza, però, è il terrazzo/solarium, dal quale abbiamo potuto ammirare delle splendide albe e goderci un drink mentre il sole tramontava.Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche tutto il contesto, immerso nella tipica e suggestiva vegetazione della macchia mediterranea, che rende l'atmosfera ancora più piacevole e rilassante.Il proprietario è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito numerose informazioni e preziosi consigli su Mattinata e sul Gargano, che si sono rivelati molto utili durante il nostro soggiorno.Non abbiamo alcun dubbio: se torneremo a Mattinata, soggiorneremo senz'altro di nuovo in questa splendida casa!

Wir hatten einen durchweg fantastischen Aufenthalt. Angelo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der, jederzeit ansprechbar, mit vielen Tipps, Hinweisen und Freundlichkeiten maßgeblich dazu beiträgt, dass man sich schnell einlebt. Die Unterkunft liegt traumhaft schön in der Bucht, es sind nur wenige Meter bis zum Meer, in dem man herrlich baden kann. Generell ist das ein Ort, an dem man überhaupt keine Zeit braucht, um sich einzuleben und zu orientieren; man kommt an und der Urlaub startet völlig unvermittelt. Das ist eine fantastische Erfahrung. Der Gargano selbst hat natürlich auch kulturell viel zu bieten. Es muss auch nochmal betont werden, dass die Unterkunft sehr sauber war. und funktional eingerichtet ist. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und wollten gar nicht weg. Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Angelo, was a great host. Very communicative and met us at the property and showed us around. Him and his family were all lovely and welcoming. Such a great location too, only a minute or two walk to the beach. We had drinks on the upstairs terrace most nights taking it all in.

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub an einem bezaubernden Ort!Nach einer langen Anreise aus Berlin sind wir am späten Abend herzlich vom Gastgeber empfangen worden.Zwei Wochen lang haben wir uns hier erholt!Besonders hervorzuheben war das leckere Essen im Restaurant des Gastgebers.Fangfrischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte in allen Variationen!Der Strand war nur ein paar Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Glasklares Wasser und ein ganz gepflegter sauberer Strand. Wir sind als Fremde gekommen und als Freunde gegangen.Gern kommen wir wieder!

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'accueil est très chaleureux et l'endroit magnifique. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de garer la voiture dans l'enceinte de la propriété.Il faut néanmoins savoir que le lit est assez ferme et ne convient peut-être pas à tout le monde.

Superschönes Haus im Orangengarten

Wir hatten hier eine ganz tolle Zeit. Unsere Gastgeber Angelo war total nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er hat uns viele Tips geben und mit uns auf Englisch geplaudert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Da unser Urlaub in den letzten beiden Aprilwochen war, umgab uns eine herrliche aufblühende Natur und duftenden Orangenbäumen. WUNDERBAR! Leider hatten wir viel Wind und das Wasser war naturgemäß kalt, so dass wir nicht baden gehen konnten. Insgesamt ein gelungener, unvergesslicher Urlaub!

Haus am Meer

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen in mitten von Olivenbäumen nur 50 Meter vom Meer. Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub direkt am Meer verbringen möchte, findet hier ein ideales Domizil.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbringen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, ein großes Bad und natürlich die wunderschöne und große Dachterrasse. Auf dieser kann man viele schöne Stunden verbringen, lesen und den Sternenhimmel bei einem Glas Wein bewundern. Im unteren Bereich gibt es neben der überdachten Terrasse noch einen kleinen Vorraum mit Sitzgelegenheiten, sollte das Wetter mal nicht so gut sein. Die Vermieter sind allesamt sehr herzlich und kümmern sich sehr um ihre Gäste. Dazu betreiben sie noch das beste Restaurant im Umkreis. Vielen Dank, Angelo und Francesco, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen bei euch.

Aventure et sérénité

La maison est située entre deux maisons mitoyennes. Elle offre une première terrasse dans un joli jardin d’oliviers, citronniers et orangers. Le grand charme de cette maison est sans conteste son toit terrasse offrant une vue panoramique à la fois sur l’adriatique et le parc du Gargano. Vous y êtes entièrement seuls, les autres maisons n’ayant pas d’accès à cet espace. La climatisation de la chambre est un plus pour les nuits les plus chaudes même si la maison avec sa belle hauteur de plafond arrive à conserver une certaine fraîcheur. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Le kayak nous a permis d’explorer les grottes et les criques qui sans cela restent assez inaccessibles soit du fait du seul accès possible par la mer ou de l’exploitation des plages dont un grand nombre sont privées. A garder en tête que l‘adriatique peut être tumultueuse avec de belles vagues !

ein zweites Mal

Nachdem ich letztes Jahr in dem kleinen Haus am Meer eine wunderbare, aber viel zu kurze Woche erlebt habe, war ich diesmal länger dort. Tagsüber gibt es eine Terrasse vor dem Haus mit Blick in einen schattigen Garten, voll mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Abends kann man auf der großen Dachterrasse unterm Sternenhimmel sitzen - manchmal kann man das Meer hören. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder dort Ferien machen - alles in allem 10 Sterne 😊

Recensione

La casa è davvero molto carina, dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto comoda la veranda esterna dove poter pranzare e cenare immersi nella natura o semplicemente rilassarsi e leggere un buon libro. Proprietari molto cordiali. Posizione top, praticamente sulla spiaggia. Una volta arrivati e posate le valigie non resta altro da fare che godersi il mare e il paesaggio.

ohne wenn und aber, war unser Aufenthalt. Eine kleine Kritik am Rande: unter Kaffeemaschine verstehen wir keinen Espressokocher für den Herd. Hat dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan.

wunderbares Haus direkt am Meer

Bestechend ist die große private Dachterrasse, auf der man jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bestaunen kann. Das kleine Haus ist einfach und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine extra große Dusche, was in Italien nicht selbstverständlich ist. Neben der schon erwähnten Dachterrasse gibt es eine weitere Terrasse vor dem Haus inmitten einem Garten mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, die angenehmen Schatten spenden. Das Meer und verschiedene kleine Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Angelo und Francesco sind immer erreichbar und helfen, wenn es nötig ist. Ich bin völlig begeistert und würde jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Insgesamt einfach großartig! Ich würde auch 10 Sterne geben !

Ein Traum am Meer

Ein echtes kleines Paradies - unter Oliven- und Orangenbäumen kleines, sehr sauberes, mit viel Liebe gemachtes Reihenbungalow mit Terrasse und zusätzlich außerordentlicher Dachterrasse mit Blick zum Meer und nach Mattinata - wir haben abends unserer Aperol Sprizz dort beim Sonntenuntergang genossen. Sauberes gepflegtes Bad und Klimaanlage - sehr angenehm. Nur ca. 50 m zu zwei vorzüglichen Restaurants/Bars (am Strand und knapp oberhalb). Der sehr schöne Kiesstrand ist ebenfalls nur 50 m entfernt (man kann auch direkt über den Vermieter Liegestuhl / Schirm mieten). Die Familie von Angelo ist fantastisch und kümmert sich sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich um die Gäste - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Der Gargano ist einfach ein Traum. Und noch ein Plus: Mattinata ist touristisch nicht überlaufen und dtl. angenehmer als Vieste oder Peschici. Grazie mille!

Entspannter Urlaub direkt am Meer

Eigentümer und Betreiber der Ferienwohnung und der nahegelegenen Bar bzw. des Strandabschnitts sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Buchung von Schirm und Liegen war unkompliziert (Tipp: Bei Bedarf am Besten vor Anreise reservieren). Sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe. Das Bett ist eher hart. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Küche haben wir kaum benutzt, da wir meist in der Bar bzw. Umgebung Essen waren. Klasse Ginauswahl in der Bar!
