Beautiful Provencal villa, quiet, south-facing, air-conditioned, private pool, beaches 6km

Reservations are accepted only from Saturday to Saturday.

Provencal villa, 140m2 house, facing south, with a secure and heated traditional swimming pool, equipped with efficient and automatic water filtration treatment, large open and covered terraces facing south, with large brick barbecue with 2 fireplaces and 1 Provencal pizza oven, garden trees with lawn corners, in a residential area, near Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël and the sea with its sandy beaches.
We occupy this beautiful family house all year round and free it up for a few weeks in summer to finance our daughter's studies.
The two months before the rental we carry out a real checklist, cleaning from top to bottom, screwdriver blow, painting, replacement of certain household equipment, etc ,. We empty the pool, carry out a complete cleaning of the sand filter, ....
Our goal: that comfort is there for our tenants. In order not to depersonalize our house, we leave personal and decorative objects, books, DVDs,
Complete equipment.
The house is rented with linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, etc.)

Perfect family House

Very nice house with the pool next to the terrasse. We enjoyed the peacefull surroundings, and its still close to the Beach and harbour and city. Very nice hosts, everything is functioning perfectly. Everything was like on the pictures and on the video. We had some questions before we stribes, and we Got a Quick and great response. Perfekt holiday

Un séjour parfait ! La maison est superbe, confortable et décorée avec goût, dans un cadre calme et idéalement située pour profiter de Fréjus et de ses environs. La piscine est simplement très agréable et a été fortement plébiscité par les enfants mais aussi les grands . Les hôtes sont d’une bienveillance et d’une gentillesse rares, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. Nous repartons enchantés et avec l’envie de revenir !

Superbe séjour dans une très belle maison

Nous avons passé un super séjour avec nos enfants entre 15 er 22 ans. Les photos reflètent exactement la maison et le jardin. Maison bien équipée et propre! Piscine en bon était et très agréable! Tout est bien entretenu. Fréjus plage et base nature en proximité. BCP d’activités possible dans Les alentours. Très agréable contact avec Les propriétaires!! Grand merci Mireille et Marc!

Das ist stillvoll mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr schön angelegt. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Außenbereich ist besonders schön angelegt und der herrliche Pool läd zum plantschen ein. Wir waren als Familie vom Baby bis zur Oma dort und alle waren zufrieden. Auch für das Baby waren viele nützliche Dinge vor Ort. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die lieben Vermieter!

Het huis is goed in orde en goed uitgerust. Ligging in een rustige villawijk en toch dichtbij het oude Fréjus en bij Fréjus plage.

Alles super war ein schöner Urlaub und sehr nette Vermieter!!! Das einzige was zu reklamieren ist , Pool war mit seinen 22 Grad aus meiner Sicht nicht beheizt. FeWo-direkt ist allerdings mit Vorsicht zu genießen(leider): Reise ist jetzt 4 Wochen her trotz der erhaltenen Nachricht das die Kaution erstattet wurde ist bei mir bis heute keine Kaution eingegangen !

Perfect stay, we really loved this house..

We had a wonderful week. Marc and Mireille were very nice, and we had a friendly welcome at checkin ..They showed us all details and then left, but they were reachable whenever we needed. The house and the pool are even nicer than the photos and we had a wonderful week in this dream house.

Wir waren mit meinen Eltern zusammen eine Woche zu Gast in der FW bei Marc und Mireille. Der erste Eindruck und der Empfang der beiden waren super. Auch die Rückgabe am letzten Tag lief schon wie die Übernahme unkompliziert, freundlich und herzlich ab. Die Zeit in der Wohnung und am tollen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gepflegt, Sie sind ständig bemüht Verbesserungen um zu setzten und haben alles mit sehr viel Liebe gestalltet und in einem top Zustand gehalten. Auch die Lage ist prima. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht bleibt man einfach auf dem Anwesen, ansosnt ist es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten bis nach Frejus / St. Raphael und ans Meer. Wobei man hier die Wahl zwischen langem Sandstrand und kleinen Buchten hat :) Ein Besuch in Cannes oder St. Tropez ist von hier aus auch prima durch zu führen (mit dem Auto oder per Boot). Für das Abendprogramm ist an der Promenade von Fejus auch einiges geboten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder :) LG

Beautiful Villa in a fantastic location.

This is a wonderful villa set in a beautiful location near the towns of Frejus & Saint Raphael. The villa is ideally located for easy access to all of the well known tourist sites, ie St Tropez, Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Eze, Gorges Du Verdon & Port Grimald. The owners were extremely pleasant & welcoming on arrival & spoke good english. The villa has a fantastic pool & beautifully equipped terraces for sunbathing & eating outside. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa in the future & would highly recommend it.

Wunderbares Mietobjekt für Paare und Familien

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in Fréjus, in einem vorzüglichen Ferienhaus. Die vielversprechenden Fotos täuschen nicht. Das Haus wird mit viel liebe zu Detail gepflegt und gehegt. Übergabe und Abnahme durch das Besitzerehepaar war sehr einfach und unkompliziert, wie auch jeglicher Umgang sonst. Die Kaution wurde am Abreisetag gerade in bar zurück gegeben. Auch bezüglich Abreisezeit sind die Besitzer sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Eigentlich so wie man sich das wünscht... Sie korrespondieren auf englisch und französisch. Vom Haus zum Stand geht es mit dem Auto in etwa fünf Minuten. Ein grosser Parkplatz gerade beim Strand ermöglich zumindest am Morgen noch unkompliziertes parkieren. In die andere Richtung ist man mit dem Mountainbike aber auch in weniger als einer halben Stunde und den Hügeln des Roc d'Azur Bikerennens. Und auch die Städte Nizza oder St. Tropez können problemlos besucht werden, auch wenn der Verkehr zu Hauptsaison etwas unangenehm sein kann. Es hat also für jeden etwas. Und hat man mal keine Lust, kann man den Tag auch am sehr schönen Pool im Garten verbringen und sich das Abendessen im Pizzaofen zubereiten. Ich kann das Mietobjekt gerne weiterempfehlen und vermute mal, dass dies nicht unser letzte Besuch gewesen ist...

Paradisiaque et Relaxant séjour

Accueil par les propriétaires à l'image du climat, c'est à dire très chaleureux. Une semaine de rêve pendant laquelle nous avons pu nous détendre et profiter de nos vacances sans problèmes du quotidien. Alentours idéales pour chaque membre de la famille ( bronzette, parc aquatique, golf, marché nuptiales, plages privées...). Le point fort de cette maison est la propreté. Depuis plusieurs années nous avons un coup de foudre pour cette maison "exotique".
