Apartment near the beach with Pool

. 'the accommodation offered was squalid, damp and smelly' We take care about good cleaning of our apartments and many guests said along 6 years that its the cleanest house they have seen. We cant see every thing every time, so maybe the clean lady forgotten to do something...this can happen sometimes. The app is on the ground floor and sometimes can be a little damp, particularly when in the air is high humidity (like in summer). The app can be smelly depending of the guests before (if they smoke, sometimes of the food they cooked). There is not enough time before new guests arrive, to solve this. . 'owner/manager was reluctant to offer alternative accommodation, however still charged for cleaning of the initial property' This is not true. We offered to this guests alternative accommodation, but not in the same house (we couldnt do it, all apartments were occupied). Our potitics is that every guest which is unhappy with our hause, they can leave with paying only days they have been here. We offered to find other apartment (this is not our obligation), becouse we dont like to have angry and unhappy guests in the hause. The final cleaning the guest can do by himselves (free of charge) or if he dont want to do anything, than he can pay for the cleaning. The guests choose what he prefer. . 'manager was rude and shouted at customer outside at 2am' Our appologies for this, we crossed the proffesional border. This guests were very hard and we had problems with them from the beggining. We only can say that they shouted at us first. . 'noisy because of reception opposite, whirlpool and barbecue' This app is really near the reception, pool and barbecue. Sometimes it can be noisy, depending of other guests in the hause (some guests dont respect the rules of the hause, and they want to party late in the night...we must deal with this, mostly with success). That's why we say to the guests how is this app before they book it. But some people want only this app, it has its advantages, its not for everybody.
