Comfortable INDEPENDENT studio located in the charming village of Blériot-plage,(commune of Sangatte) on the first floor, in a quiet avenue leading to the beach.
With an area of 25 m2, it includes a sofa bed for two people, a wardrobe, a television, WIFI, radio.
An open kitchen including: induction hob, sink, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

    Appartement klein, aber funktional und dennoch gemütlich. Hell und ruhig. 2' von der Bushaltestelle, 5 ' vom Strand, 5' zum Supermarkt, 1' zum Restaurant. Fahrradstation gleich vor der Türe. Perfekt für 1 Person oder Paar. Gute Lage, um ohne Auto alles erreichen zu können.

    Super endroit pour passer un bon séjour à deux avec un chien. Nous avons passez un très bon séjour dans se logement. Il est très bien équiper, super bien placer, juste a coté de la mer. Merci au propriétaire qui à été très accueillant et arrangeant sur les horaires. Je recommande fortement.

    J'ai apprécié la proximité de la mer, la plage, immense, où on peut faire de longues promenades les pieds dans l'eau, la longue digue de Calais, les commerces (boulangerie, carrefour city, un glacier) à côté (pas de voiture à prendre). J'ai trouvé le studio très correct, j'ai apprécié l'espace cuisine, la salle de bains correcte, le matelas du futon était très bien, la terrasse qui est un balcon au-dessus du garage est plein sud, il est donc intéressant de pouvoir profiter du soleil en fin d'après-midi. J'y retournerai.

    Schönes Studio mit toller Lage!

    Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Studio ist toll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und direkt am Strand. Die Lage ist toll. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation war super. Das Schlafsofa könnte nur etwas bequemer sein. Ansonsten alles super!

    J'ai passé de très belles vacances à bleriot plage. Le studio était super. Très fonctionnel et très proche de tout et surtout de la plage ce qui m'a permis d'être avec mes enfants et quelque fois d'avoir mon indépendance et de décompresser de la vie parisienne. Dommage que cela est passé trop vite. Joel est un hôte très sympathique. Je pense revenir l'année prochaine.

    Superbe studio près de la mer

    Séjour génial à quelques mètres de la plage. Tout est à proximité à pied (boulangerie, pharmacie, supérette...) Vue sur la mer de la terrasse, ce studio est très confortable et très agréable grâce à son équipement. Et le propriétaire est très sympathique.

    Studio mignon à proximité de la plage

    Studio sympa et bien équipé, la plage à 400 m. Boulangerie et supermarché pas loin. Une petite marche à pied et l'on est au centre ville de Calais. Nous avions un problème avec la plaque d'induction et le propriétaire est arrivé tout de suite pour nous aider. Très charmant. :-) Le' escalier est un peu difficile à monter pour des grands chiens... ;-)

    Vous avez dit que le réservoir de la chasse d'eau était long a se remplir: merci, ce réglage a été fait : dommage que vous ne l'ayez pas signalé pendant votre séjour , un technicien serait passé effectuer cette opération. Désolé que l'heure de votre départ vous ait été demandée en vous accueillant... mais comment faire autrement, sinon vous déranger et vous envoyer un message en fin de séjour ...     Très reposant !

    Studio bien équipé, sécurisé, pratique, bien placé, au calme, proche des commerces (boulangerie, Poste, presse, supermarché) et de la plage. Permet de faire de belles balades sur la digue jusqu’à Calais plusieurs fois. La voiture reste stationnée devant le studio et permet de tout faire à pied. Pour un couple avec un enfant prévoir un lit d’appoint. Sinon pour deux c’est très bien. Au top !
