While it is listed that house keeping is available upon request what they mean is that it is an extra fee due in cash upon arrival for sheets, towels, and a departure cleaning. The place itself is a nice apartment, but it is more like a 15-20 min walk to town up a steep hill! There is also no water park on site. There is a pool but you are not allowed to use it as it belongs to the family that lives below. My children were very dissapoitned about this. The apartment is clean and did have a fully stocked kitchen and a large terrace, overlooking the pool you cannot use.

Logement offrant une vue magnifique de Cassis, avec plusieurs bémols.

Appartement confortable doté d’une terrasse agréable offrant une vue remarquable sur Cassis.Cependant, l’emplacement indiqué sur la carte de l’annonce ne correspond pas à la localisation réelle du logement, qui se situe à environ 700 mètres en hauteur du centre-ville. De plus, l’annonce ne mentionne pas clairement les frais supplémentaires pour le ménage ainsi que pour la location de draps et serviettes (58 euros pour deux personnes).Une grande partie du séjour s’est déroulée sans accès internet fonctionnel, ce qui a engendré des coûts additionnels liés à l’utilisation de données mobiles, ainsi que deux demi-journées perdues en attente d’une intervention, le problème n’ayant finalement pas été résolu.L’appartement n’est pas équipé de climatisation, ce qui peut être inconfortable lors de fortes chaleurs.Certaines fournitures de base telles que les sacs poubelle et le savon pour les mains étaient absentes. La cuisine possède un bon équipement, bien que plusieurs casseroles ne soient pas compatibles avec la plaque à induction, et un nettoyage approfondi des armoires et tiroirs serait recommandé.La terrasse, le lave-linge et le lave-vaisselle ont été très appréciés. La salle de bains est fonctionnelle.Enfin, la personne responsable de la gestion de l’appartement ne s’est pas présentée aux heures convenues (par exemple, pour l’arrivée et pour régler les problèmes internet). Cela a causé certains désagréments car nous avions arrangé nos journées en conséquence.

Appartement agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour a Cassis. La vue depuis l’appartement est magnifique. La literie dans la grande chambre était très confortable a notre gout (nous n’avons pas essayé l’autre chambre). Grande cuisine et bien équipée. Merci

Séjour en famille.

Très spacieux appartement a proximité directe du centre de Cassis. Équipements impeccables. Place de parking présente et nécessaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Fehlleitend Anzeige Unmögliche Besitzerin

In der deutschen Anzeige steht mehrmals, dass die Wohnung über einen "Wasserpark" und einen Garten verfügt. Beides trifft nicht zu. In den Bildern sieht man einen Swimmingpool und Garten, aber die gehören nicht zu der Wohnung. Außerdem steht in der Anzeige, "Handtücher werden bereitgestellt". Kurz vor dem Anreisetag bekamen wir die Information per E-Mail, das man Handtücher für 8 Euro das Stück dazubuchen. Also ich die Vermieterin darauf hinwies, dass das Apartment anders angeboten wird, schrieb sie mir zwei Tage vor Anreise, dass ich unseren Urlaub stornieren kann, wenn ich darauf bestehe, dass sie ihr Angebot einhält. Während des Aufenthalts standen an einem Tag auf einmal unangekündigt zwei Handwerker bei uns auf der Terrasse, während ich schlief und meine Frau sich sonnte, um den defekten Geschirrspüler zu reparieren. Das Internet war die ersten Tage eine absolute Katastrophe. Da ich arbeiten musste, sorgte das für große Unannehmlichkeiten und Verzögerungen. Im Apartment fanden wir Dreck und Abfall, sowie eine gebrauchte Unterhose von den Vormietern, was auch nicht gerade für Freude sorgte. Das Apartment selber war gut geschnitten und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr gut, obwohl die Distanzen falsch angegeben sind. Wenn man es in 4 Minuten zum Hafen von Cassis schaffen will, muss man die ganze Strecke ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste sprinten. Mme G., die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht.

Très bon hébergement idéalement situé

Hébergement très propre, spacieux pour 6 personnes. Il est bien équipé et très bien placé pour aller dans le centre de cassis à pied.

Vue superbe

helle, gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein paar kleinere Mängel haben den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De belles découvertes

Appartement spacieux, doté d'une grande terrasses ombragée avec une très belle vue. Logement très bien équipé (il manque peut-être un ventilateur, du mal à garder un peu de fraîcheur). L'emplacement permet de tout faire à pieds, ce qui est très appréciable. Par contre, beaucoup de circulation du coup, donc bruyant, ce qui a pu être gênant pour trouver le sommeil. Dans l'ensemble très bien.

Séjour relaxant dans un appartement cosi

Nous avons passé un moment super agréable, calme et relaxant à deux pas du centre de Cassis et des calanques. L'appartement est calme avec une vue apaisante sur la mer et le phare. Rien ne manque, ni dans l'appartement qui propose tout ce qu'il faut point de vue vaisselle, électroménager, confort, que dans les environs. Seul petit bémol, dû probablement à la période de location, à notre arrivée, il y avait pas mal de poussière. L'appartement ne devait pas avoir été loué depuis quelques semaines car il était propre.

Gemütliche Wohnung, gute Lage, beste Aussicht

Wohnung passt tipptopp für einen Ferienaufenthalt mit (älteren) Kindern. Grosse Terrasse mit Sicht auf's Meer, gut ausgerüstete Küche, grosses Wohnzimmer, praktische Schlafzimmer. Es wird deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Lärm auf der Terrasse nicht erwünscht ist wegen der Nachbarn. Zentrum und Strand von Cassis zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
