Une "villa" proche de la mer

Le premier contact avec la maison n'a pas été bon: tout d'abord, la description indique "la villa est située sur un terrain de 7307 m² clôturé en bord de mer" alors que la maison est située au dessus de la route et non pas au dessous. C'est donc la route qui "clôt" le terrain et pas le bord de mer. Description mensongère donc qui laisse entendre que la maison est "en bord de mer". Mais passé cela, c'est la propreté toute relative du lieu, les transats rafistolés avec du scotch, les vitres sales, les oreillers "fournis" sales et inutilisables (on a dû en acheter des neufs), qui nous ont rebuté. Les exigences du propriétaire dans son contrat de location "vous trouverez cette villa dans un état de propreté absolu" apparaissent dès lors hors de propos. Des termes dithyrambiques pour décrire la "villa" : tout est "grand" ou "très grand" de la porte au placard, jusqu'à la "grande douche" qui est juste aux normes ; quant au grand lit, autant le matelas est tout à fait correct, le cadre du lit émet au moindre mouvement des grincements inquiétants ... En bref, un peu de modestie et beaucoup d'attention au confort des locataires seraient préférable au long laïus du contrat. Pour ce qui est du reste de l'équipement, il est tout à fait appréciable de disposer d'un vrai frigo-congélateur, d'une machine à laver le linge et du reste de l'équipement ménager fourni. Quant à la vue, elle est effectivement exceptionnelle et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Superbe vue

Vue magnifique. La maison est bien orientée et l'environnement très calme (excepté le premier soir où la musique années 80 d'une des paillotes était vraiment très forte et envahissante, et l'alarme de piscine des voisins qui sonnait plusieurs fois par jour sans qu'ils n'interviennent) Parfait pour un couple, la vaisselle est peut-être un peu juste pour une famille. Literie de bonne qualité.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir haben die Aussicht auf der Terrasse jeden Tag genossen! Der Strand ist ebenfalls super. Wir waren im Mai da, also war noch nicht viel los. Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Für 5 Personen wird es allerdings eng. Kleines Manko: Die Dusche hat nur einen dünnen Strahl geliefert und das Wasser war entweder sehr heiß oder kalt. Auf Wlan muss man verzichten. Dank der wunderschönen Lage trotzdem 5 Punkte.

It is all about scenery

The house is perfectly situated with a stunning sea view. This has to be taken into account when you think about the price tag. It is quiet and not too far from two lovely beaches. The interior has been refurbished and everything is working well. Apart from that you have to put up with a missing wifi-signal and some broken cutlery. A comfortable sofa would do wonders, but in all it is definitely a recommendable and lovely holiday home.

+ Lage + Organisation mit Schlüsselübergabe - das objekt war nicht geputzt - beim nachfragen bei der vermieterin wurde gesagt, dass die putzfrau ausfiel, aber uns wurde nicht bescheid gegeben. uns sollte für die unannehmlichkeit ein betrag überwiesen werden. wir erhielten 37 franken. bei 7nächten und einem preis von 1200 franken hätten wir eine höhere summe als angemessen empfunden

Superbe vue sur la mer

La mer est très proche à pied et si on veut éviter les 700 metres avec dénivelé il y a les parkings 5€ la journée. Location calme et tranquille, quel plaisir de prendre les repas en profitant de la vue. On reviendra avec grand plaisir même si les moustiquaires et le vieux ventilo sont ' 'fatigués' . Restaurant Chabraca juste en face, très pratique, c'est excellent et vue superbe.

Très bon emplacement

La location est très bien située car à seulement à 10 min à pied d’une très belle plage. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe, on ne s’en lasse pas. Point faible du logement, la qualité de la literie du canapé convertible.

Les + la vue Les - État général très vieillissant La Façade et la maison et jardin dans son ensemble mériterait en urgence un bon rafraîchissement( semble abandonnée ) État des lieux à l’arrivée: Éponges vielles et sales , tapis de bains très sales en boule Pour le prix, il Serait apprécié d’avoir la Clim et le linge de maison . Pour les prochains clients nous leur conseillons de demander des photos d’ensemble .

Belle vue

Petite maison fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut .Vue imprenable et proximité des plages avec un chemin privatif .Belle végétation et calme (juin). Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour .
