Wonderful apartment, great location!

We loved staying at Joan's place - it was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and in an amazing spot. Close to the beach, lots of shops and places to eat around and not far from Alcudia Old Town either. Joan's been amazing too.

Great apartment

Lovely modern apartment, fabulous location with lots of bars and restaurants steps away and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Spectacular view. Was great for a family of 6 girls but could do with full length mirrors in all rooms. There is a lift but unfortunately it didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. If you have mobility issues then this would need to be considered as we believe it's a regular thing and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Other than that i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Superbe appartement avec tout le nécessaire et plus. Très propre et bien situé. L’hôte a répondu rapidement à nos questions. Le stationnement était un peu difficile à trouver. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Traumhafter Blick, top Lage, viel Platz, sehr gute Ausstattung, ein Zimmer hatte leider keine Klimaanlage, die Dichtfugen in der Dusche könnten erneuert werden und der Boden war an manchen Stellen kaputt. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert Preis Leistung war super

Piso en perfecta ubicación. Las tres habitaciones muy amplias y la cocina muy completa. No le falta detalle para una estancia cómoda y placentera. Un 10.

Very nice apartment

We had a lovely week in this apartment. We were 4 people and had awesome space. Nice to sit one the terrace on the morning and evening. Beautyful view. Neared resturant and beaches.

Lovely apartment ideally situated frontline

We had 11 great nights in this apartment. It is situated in the middle of passeo maritimo.. the best views in Alcudia. The apartment had just been redesigned with a modern impressive new kitchen and new ensuite room. Joan was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Steve y su familia han sido unos fantásticos huéspedes, han cuidado el apartamento como si fuera suyo y lo han dejado todo perfecto y muy limpio. Muy recomendables y espero vuelvan pronto!!

Apartment set in fantastic location overlooking marina, set in pedestrian area with lots of restaurants, bars , apartment was clean and functional, Joan the property owner was a really nice guy to deal with Excellent!

Blick auf das Wasser

Toll gelegene, große Ferienwohnung, in der Fussgängerzone, mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Yachthafen von Port d Alcudia. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Möbel sind schon etwas älter aber die meisten Küchengeräte und der Fernseher sind neu, ebenso die Betten, die sehr bequem sind. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und einwandfrei. Restaurants und Bars sind in direkter Nähe.
