Authentic Solognote house, fully restored respecting the half-timbered structure, with all the comforts, character furniture and charming decoration. absolute independence and relax in a natural setting. It includes a living room-stay with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances Electr quality in 2015, bedroom (140 bed) with bathroom and toilet with hand washing ground floor. Upstairs, a large room cathedral of 23 m² (160), a room with 2 beds of 90 for children / Teen and a bathroom with tub / shower and toilet completely redone in 2015. Located in the countryside, on an enclosed wooded grounds of 2300 m², yet close to all commerce (10mn). Garden furniture, BBQ, bowling and mountain bikes free of charge.

We are a very active young retirees couple, spending half of time in our Sologne domain (located nearby the Locature du Four) and the other half in our parisian appartment. We have experienced an intense professionnal life working for international US and german companies and have spent 3 years in Detroit Mi USA, 3 years also in Africa and have travelled a lot in Asia which explain why we are so open to any other culture of the world and looking forward meeting people!

Native of this region and its close to nature way of life , we have tastefully restored this cottage keeping its original style and architecture, but providing it with a tastefully restoration and have furnished it with all mod cons and charming decoration. You will spend unforgettable holidays, and we will remain attentive to any support request you may need to help you in discovering our region (we are leaving 2 minutes away and about one kilometer far)
