SurfMaster 305

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 305 - only issues we had was master bedroom sliding door would not open but maintenance was called and had it working in no time. Also, more than 2 rolls of tp are normally used for a week stay but housekeeping brought 2 more promptly. Overall was very well pleased with our vacation.

Wonderful Stay in a Nice, Well-Maintained Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was in excellent condition, well-appointed, and clearly well-maintained. Although the bathrooms were not quite as updated as the rest of the condo, they were clean, functional, and more than adequate. Our only suggestion would be to replace the showerhead in the master bathroom. It appeared to be adjustable, but we were unable to move it. This would be a relatively inexpensive improvement that could make a big difference in comfort.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this condo to others!

August vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, the unit was nice but here are my concerns. The doorway in master bedroom was difficult to open. Called maintenance but they never came. There should be a screen on it also. The chairs on balcony were difficult to manage. Unit is not kid friendly. There weren't enough towels

MOSTLY HAPPY

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The big disappointment we had was people smoking on other balconies. We rented a smoke free unit and like to spend a lot of time on the balcony did not like to be out with all the smoke all day and night.
