As per description the property is well hidden and in woodlands. Very large property with ample space for the 5 of us and lots of grounds with bbq area and covered seating

Peace and tranquility

We stayed at the villa for Two weeks and had a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The area is very beautiful and the Villa has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The host is very friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming. The views are amazing. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful setting, idyllic

Excellent property. A little far off the beaten path but worth it. Right in the heart of Sangiovese wine country. Our family is in Cesena so a short 30-35 min drive and you’re at ponte vecchio. The house was a littke cold- central heat was not on and too difficult to use per Alessandras dad. So we used the pellet stove and fireplace downstairs and the master bedroom had a space heater which also worked well. The pool table was a nice perk for our children to unwind. Overall a really nice spot. Thanks!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance de la maison et son environnement. C'est une maison avec beaucoup de charme et de personnalité. Elle est lumineuse, bien équipée et soigneusement décorée. La vue est très belle de toutes les pièces. Le lieu est facilement accessible et proche de nombreux sites d'intérêt, tout en demeurant très calme. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été très agréable et le panier d'accueil généreux. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec le chauffage mais cela a été réglé rapidement. Merci de partager cette belle endroit paisible !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse pour une famille nombreuse avec un grand jardin. Elle est très bien placée pour pouvoir visiter la région et se baigner.

Ancienne maison de campagne en état original

Probablement la maison d'un collectionneur, beaucoup d'objets accumulés et exposés partout dans la maison, un peu au détriment du confort. Située au calme en pleine campagne, elle est loin des points d'intérêt de la région (Ravenne, San Marino, plages, etc). Beaucoup d'insectes. Chat présent sur place, attention aux allergiques.. Très belle vue de la terrasse.

Merci Marina! Le propriétaire est un architecte, et il adore les choses belles. Le chat n'est pas de la villa, mais d'un voisin comme dit, quelques visiteurs aiment le tenir pendant leur location mais en effet il a sa propre maison. La villa est situé sur les premières collines de Forlì à 40 km. de Ravenna, 45 km. de Cervia/Milano Marittima (plages) et 84 km. de San Marino, toutes distances de une heure environ. La route de 7 km de Forlì à Rocca delle Caminate (où la villa est situé) est fabuleuse. En ce qui concerne les insectes, quand on est entouré par la nature c'est normal, mais grâce à la légère brise de colline il n'y a jamais ou peu de moustiques. Vous serez les bienvenus à l'avenir! Pace e silenzio in un oasi di verde

Alessandra è stata sempre cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta e ci ha fatti sentire i padroni di casa per tutto il soggiorno. Anche il nostro cane ha garadito come noi gli spazi enormi del giardino e del boschetto all’ interno alla proprietà

Cosy family retreat in the hills

Fantastic house in the hills with a view over the lowlands and wine country. Quiet, very well appointed and full of lived in history and knick-knacks that make you feel right at home. Alessandra is very helpful and recommended sights and restaurants that were real gems. We'll come again!

Superbe Villa

Jolie région, superbe villa dotée d'une très belle vue. L’intérieur est très fonctionnel et chaleureux. La villa Glycine est très spacieuse et idéalement située sur les hauteurs. Jardin très agréable. Encore merci à Alessandra pour son accueil.
