"Malvarosa": an ancient renovated trullo equipped with the most modern technologies

"Malvarosa" is the result of a skilful renovation of an old trullo of 700, in the Itria valley of PUGLIA, built in 2015. Renovation that has preserved all the ancient construction features and at the same time has used modern technologies to increase the pleasure of living in the countryside. The induction hobs, the minipool with hydromassage, the underfloor heating with fireplace and heat pump allow a comfortable stay in all seasons. The house consists of a living room with armchairs and sofa that can be transformed into a double bed; a kitchen with two refrigerators, electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher; two large double bedrooms, one with an attached tilting bed; two bathrooms, one of which with washing machine. Externally, the structure has two showers, a mini-pool with hydromassage protected by stone walls and, in the cold season, by a telescopic cover, a patio with stone table, a barbecue built using the dry stone technique. "Malvarosa" is located in the center of the Itria Valley which represents one of the most beautiful parts of PUGLIA with the white towns of Ostuni, Cisternino, Ceglie, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, about 15 km from the Adriatic and about 45 km from the Ionian . In a property of about 3 hectares of olive trees where there are also over 30 species of fruit trees.
