#1010 End Unit, Sleeps 8-Amazing Views of Sunrises & Sunsets, Chairs included

On the beach--We are located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach on the 10th floor. One mile west of 79 with easy access to Highway 98, (Back Beach Rd).
Close to new Airport and 1.8 miles to Pier Park with hundreds of shops and restaurants and very close to Frank Brown Park. Target and a brand new Walmart located in Pier Park for easy shopping as well as Winn Dixie Supermarket close by.

Parking available on first two levels of the building. A two level parking deck with plenty of parking across the street with walkover into building.

This 2 bedrooms 2 bath condo overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on the 10th floor end unit making the balcony seem larger. My condo has free wireless internet and cable television. No smoking. No pets allowed.

Land line phone service is available in my condo that includes FREE unlimited long distance nationwide and in Canada!

In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed with TV. The master has a full size bath and opens onto the 271 square foot balcony.

The guest room has 2 full size beds with TV and entrance to second bathroom.

In the living room there is a television and new sleeper sofa.

The kitchen has granite countertops, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and everything for preparing great meals to enjoy on the balcony or at the table that seats 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter.

Washer and dryer in second bathroom closet.

On the balcony there is a table that seats 6, 1 recliner chair, ottoman, and small side table to watch activities on the beach. It also has a high top table that seats 3. Plenty of room to entertain and enjoy the beautiful view.

All linens are provided for guest.

You will need to pay and pick up your $40 parking pass and your wrist bands at the office located at room 406.


Onsite at Emerald Isle there are 4 high speed elevators, heated indoor/outdoor pool plus a second outdoor pool with small waterfall. Sauna, steam room, and over-sized hot tub. There is a fitness room overlooking the gulf and 3 outdoor showers. Outdoor gas grills and picnic area.

Must be 25 years old to reserve.

Family Vacation

We came to PCB for a Family vacation and this rental was perfect for us. Unit was spacious with plenty of room to sleep and a perfect view of the beach. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony table and loved how quickly we could walk to the beach. Our boys enjoyed the pool as well as the hot tub.

I can not wait to go back to Panama City Beach and stay here again. From booking to check out we were 100% happy. 1010 was clean and very well stocked. Christine was great at keeping in touch with me. And the balcony was amazing, I spent so much of my time sitting and watching the waves from there.

Beautiful view

This condo has the best location and views. It is right on the beach. It is easy to access as well. Gulf Coast Jam was going on and we could hear the band from the balcony (not clearly). It was close to restaurants and attractions. The condo had everything we needed as well. The pool was heated and the hot tub was nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay and loved this condo. The condo was as described in listing. The owner Christina is very nice and easy to talk to. The first night we were there we realized the refrigerator wasn’t getting cold. I contacted Christina that night and she was going to have a repair man come the next day. We turned the refrigerator up and it was fine the next morning and had no issues with it. The condo is very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and air fryer. The only thing you need to bring is toilet paper and paper towels. There was one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms. We will definitely stay in this condo again next year!

Perfect Vacation Spot

This condo was hands down perfect as it was spacious, clean, very well decorated, perfect location & the owner thought of all the details. Having 2 front row chairs is a bonus. There are dishes, cups, utensils and gadgets a plenty in the kitchen. The entryway was large and awesome as it allowed plenty of space to leave you beach gear and shoes without it being in the way. This place was an organizers dream from an abundance of hooks (from the entry to plenty of hooks in both bathrooms), plenty of dresser storage (we like to unpack everything), LARGE closets with plenty of hangers, and a closet full of beach toys! There is a drying rack, a baby gate, a large hamper, comfortable beds, soft towels, ceiling fans in every room, wonderful outdoor table to enjoy meals outside. Being on the west end of PCB, traffic was never an issue and it was more quiet. All the workers at the resort were friendly and kind. Thank you Christina for a space where our family could truly relax and enjoy ourselves for vacation!

Must see condo!

We had an awesome time on our annual girls trip. This condo did not dissappoint. Very clean, spacious and equiped with everthing you could need on vacation. Communication with the owner was great, she was very helpful. Definitely would recomend this unit to anyone visiting the area. Super close to restaurants and shopping in Pier Park. The view from balcony was spectacular too.

I grew up in the Nashville, TN, area and have spent many vacations with my family on the beaches of Panama City Beach. I have wanted a condo on the beach for years and finally had the opportunity to purchase this wonderful condo. Now I have a special place on the beach to share with my family, friends, and yours.

Why they chose this property

I decided to purchase my condo at Emerald Isle for many reasons. I knew that being on the west end it is quieter (away from the clubs) and there is less traffic. I, along with my family, love the white sandy beaches and the clear blue gulf. I have looked at many condos in the Panama City Beach area and decided to purchase at Emerald Isle because I loved the huge balcony, the facilities, and the size of this condo. Also I wanted to be close to Pier Park with all the great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Last but not least, relaxing on the over-sized balcony and watching the sunrises and sunsets.

What makes this property unique

This is my only rental property. I am taking care of the property myself and want to make each rental as easy as possible. I have installed a new key code door lock so there is no need to keep up with keys while at the beach and entry/check in/check out is easy at any time.
