Failte Ireland (Irish Tourist Board) graded, rated & inspected 4 star property.
3 Double Bedrooms .... big comfy beds! Beautiful bed linen, goose & duck down quilts. Hairdryers and guest bathrobes in each bedroom.

2 upstairs bathrooms, 1 x bath, 2 x showers.
All towels supplied (nice & fluffy!)
Shampoo/conditioners/shower gels & bath soaps supplied.

Living Room & Reading Den..... TV, DVD, CD player, iPod stand & speaker. Large CD and book collection. Chess and other board games.

Lovely home in the countryside

Myself, my partner, and my friends were in Ballina for a wedding and stayed at Caledonia for the weekend. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could need for a short or long term stay. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself in Ballina!

Had a great week in this lovely house. Easy to get to and in a great position to go exploring Mayo and Sligo. Great house to relax in with lovely quiet back garden. Host very helpful. All in all a great stay.

Amazing! Incredible home that made us feel so welcome!

Great host! Gina had food in for us for the following days breakfast. Her home was lovely, spacious and felt like home away from home. Lots of linens and towels available. She was great and always responded. We'll stay here again!

We loved the property and location. The place was unique with decor and completely delightful. I traveled for my 50th, along with my family. We were able to walk from here to everything we needed. The locals were amazing, friendly and super helpful. Check in process was super easy and the property exceeded expectations! We appreciate you sharing your charming property with us and look forward to future visits.

Gorgeous house close to town

The house is beautifully decorated with an eclectic vibe of both old and modern which gave it an homey lived in feel. Owner was generous with extra blankets and towels. Even left us most everything we need for basic groceries. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but with the extra down blankets, I made it work. But overall a fantastic stay.

Beautiful house in perfect location with everything and more that you will need.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful with all you need and lovely extras like thd welcome package of food which is much appreciated after a long journey. The covered decking is great given the Irish weather, feels like holidays when you can eat outside!! The beds were lovely and comfortable with a bath robe for all!!. The location was great just a few minutes walk from town and very easy to find. Gina was very helpful snd knowledgeable. We really do hope to be back again. Thanks again Gina!!

Fantastic

Best VRBO on our three week trip. More that met our expectations. Had everything we needed and then some, , comfortable, great location. I would highly recommend the place and would go back.
