Ideally located, the estate is made up of 60 hectares of land, 18 of which are vineyards and 2 hectares of olive trees. The farm produces Chianti DOCG wine and Extra Vergine Olive Oil
The Agritourism is made up of the Villa and 3 farmhouses. The apartment 138198 is on the first floor of a recently restored guesthouse. The large kitchen with fireplace, the garden with BBQ, the big common livign room, all will make your stay comfortable and unforgetable.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and particularly suitable for 3 families.

We, (grandparents, children and grandchildren, 11 in total) rented the house. The 3 separated appartments have their own kitchen, bathroom and other amenities which make an ideal place for a stay with families. Downstairs there is a large common room which we mostly used for eating together. Also the grandchildren played there a lot. The family Albergotti is very nice and hospitable and will do anything to make your stay a succes. As there are only a few rental apartments it is a quiet place to stay. Located near Arezzo there are ample attractions within a 1-2 hour drive.

Leuk, groot huis op landgoed dichtbij Arezzo

Het huis bestaat uit drie appartementen. Wij huurden het als geheel. Tommaso en zijn familie zijn zeer gastvrij. We hebben genoten van zijn rondleiding over de wijngaard en van zijn wijn!
