It is just a 10 minutes walk to go to central Orléans with the shops and restaurant.One bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen, this flat is situated in a area of the owner house. This is A non-smoking flat. No telephone line provided.The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine and a microwave.
