Spacious, professionally decorated family home at the base of the mountain with ski-in access and seasonal ski-out depending on snow. Designed in a warm Scandinavian style, this home combines cozy lodge features with upscale comfort. Three levels offer plenty of space to gather or spread out.

The large deck includes a private hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, blankets and heaters, an L-shaped outdoor sectional, and a seasonal dining table for 12. A covered portion of the deck features a professional-grade grill for year-round use.

Inside, the main floor has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for eight and a wood stove, which opens to a 10-seat dining room and Great Room with fireplace and picture windows. Off the Great Room, a sunroom with a daybed and private patio offers a quiet retreat.

The lower level features a 75-inch TV, oversized sectional, and full game area: shuffleboard, foosball, dartboard, custom cornhole, and rattan hanging chairs with sheepskins. A large sauna sits just off this space.

Bedrooms are spread across three levels for privacy. The master suite includes a TV and private patio. The upstairs bunk room has its own TV and a second sunroom with beanbags, great for kids.

Amenities include AppleTV, Sonos sound system throughout, Molton Brown bath products, boot and glove drying system, garage parking for two vehicles, and concierge services on request. The home is cleaned and sterilized professionally after each stay.

Ski Access:
Ski-in access is available via a marked trail between towers 2 and 3 on the Union Pass Quad or UP Connection. Ski-out is only possible when snow covers Curtis Road, which is plowed but not sanded. In lighter conditions, most guests walk 400 yards to the Tram Tower trail access or take a 2-minute drive to the base.
