The BEST View ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication was electronic and fit our needs. We loved the unit and it had everything we needed. The building is by the zoo and a beach with a rock wall for great swimming. Parking pass is a nice addition to the reservation. WE WANT to stay here again. We come frequently and the Banyan is our choice. The unit came with some beach items.

Winter Vacation

We stayed for 22 nights in Jan. 2024. The property was clean and well maintained. Access to the property was easy. Parking was included, which is a big plus. The property management company was good to deal with. Any enquiries were always answered promptly. This is one property that we would definitely return to.

schöner Ausblick und sauberes Condo

schöner Ausblick vom Balkon, sehr saubere Wohnung, extrem bequemes Bett, einziger, kleiner Nachteil, die vorhanden Küchenutensilien könnten besser und mehr sein. Nur wichtig wenn man ausschließlich im Condo richtig kochen möchte. Ansonsten von der Lage her ideal zu allen Shops und Restaurants

Nice view, perfect location, close to everything,beach, stores and resto,not crowded, smooth contactless check in/out process, everything is provided in the kitchen, beddings, towels(we are picky with towels so we bought new), toiletries, umbrellas, floaties, all u have to do is bring urself and ur clothes. Will come back in the future.
