FABULOUS 360 VIEW, beautiful 4000 sf home & pickleball
30 day rental required. The sun really shines almost everyday on the top of the hill. Located just 5 miles from the I-15 freeway; a short drive up a country road to the top of the mountain to get away from the city noise. Centrally located to all San Diego has to offer, beaches, the World famous Zoo, Legoland, even Disneyland is only 1 1/2 hours away. Safari Park is a 15 minute drive. This is horse and wine country as the avocado groves disappear and vineyards are sprouting everywhere. There is a nearby Cordiano winery that serves authentic Italian food. The home is 4 bedroom 5 bath and sleeps 8 adults, 10 provided 2 of the 10 are children. Over 4000 square feet of comfort and entertainment. Every extra large bedroom has it's own private bath, and one extra! Our waterfall spool (small pool) overlooks the valley and has a nice large BBQ/Bar area with sun room and TV. Inside is a pool table and 65 ' wide screen TV. The kitchen is extra large with stove/oven microwave refrigerator and warming drawer. The table that seats 12 and a breakfast bar for casual dining. All bedrooms have queen beds, private baths, entrances and a view. There is a separate guest bath and also a separate laundry room. The grounds are lovely and the setting is peaceful for your relaxing family vacation. Our rates are cheaper than 2 hotel rooms, your family will be very comfortable with many amenities not available at hotels or many resorts. 7 night minimum stay. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You may leave the linens on the bed, but collect the towels and put them in the laundry room
Collect the trash from around the house. In general trash bags can be taken to the street and put in the Gray can marked 15729. Recycle goes in the blue bins.
To lock the doors press any digit on the the keypad and hold. The bedroom doors require the door to be closed the handle to be pulled up then turn the lower lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are retired and enjoying traveling in our motorhome. We live close by at a retirement golf community and love to spend time with our grandchildren. Why they chose this property
This is a dream home because it is quiet and relaxing with incredible views and open space. We love the country but can be at the 3 story indoor mall, golfing, bowling or a restaurant within 15 minutes! We love to actually hear the birds sing and watch them through the windows at the bird feeders. Watching red tail hawks soar at eye level view of the back deck, or the Great Blue Heron fish from the pond. We would love to share this little piece of Heaven with you. Eight five eight two one three three zero four four.
What makes this property unique
Look out over the valley from the back patio or enjoy a dip in the spool to cool off. Challenge your family to a game of pool, ping pong, Pickleball or push your kids on the swing. No reason to leave to have a good time but all attractions are within an hour drive. You can be shopping at a very large indoor mall in 15 minutes! If you don't feel like cooking walk across the street to the winery and let them serve you and enjoy their beautiful outdoor patio and wood fire pizza! There are many nearby golf courses, movie theaters and entertainment opportunities that San Diego has to offer. We are 45 minutes from downtown San Diego. We have a large play structure for the kids and a 9 hole putting green with sand trap! Play Pickleball, bocce ball, ping pong or corn hole. Lots to do, or do nothing, read a book on the patio and admire the views to the ocean. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. PLAY PICKLEBALL ON FULL SIZE COURT!
