House description: villa for 6 people with 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 double room & 1 with 4 bunk beds, spacious living room & dining room, newly renovated kitchen (brand new appliances) & bathroom (with shower), and external shower.

Facilities: The villa is fully furnished and equipped (i.e. large fridge/freezer, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, washing machine incl. ironing appliances, satellite TV, fans in each bedroom. Linens for the bedroom, kitchen, and bathrooms are provided for. The exterior is fully furnished (sun umbrellas, sun chairs, couches, tables, & barbecue).

Extra services: Possibility of house cleaning and to send/receive fax/mail.

Property description: Charming villa in perfect conditions (newly redecorated) surrounded by the typical mediterranean vegetation & landscape (dwarf palms, agave, pines, jasmin & rosmary), patio, big garden fully furnished with different relax area (gazebo, barbecue...). The property is situated in an ideal location a few hundred meters from groceries stores, pizzerias, bars, newspaper & tobacco shops. The old borgo of Scopello is at Km2 where is possible to access all other services such as postal office, bank, paramedics, bars & restaurants. Also easily reachable are Castellammare del Golfo (Km8), the natural reserve of Lo Zingaro (Km4), the archeological sites of Segesta (Km20) & Selinunte, Motia (Km5), thermal sources of Alcamo & Montevago, Palermo (Km70) & Trapani (Km50).

Sehr ruhige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz, sodass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Auch im wetläufigen Garten ist es wunderschön - wenn nicht gerade der Scirocco stürmt. Die Küche hat uns gut gefallen - sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen, was das Kochen angeht. Ansonsten ist es hier äußerst still.Man sollte unbedingt ein eigenes Fahrzeug haben, falls man sich selbst verpflegen oder Ausflüge machen will.Die Vermieterin war unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, sie hat uns mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein paar Süßigkeiten überrascht, was den Aufenthalt noch persönlicher und angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt war es eine rundum gelungene Zeit in einer gemütlichen und gepflegten Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit gerne wieder buchen würden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Toller Urlaub bei hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin

Saubere und mit Pelletsofen beheizbare grosszuegige Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Kueche. Drumherum eine weite Garyenanlage mit mehreren ueberdachten Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns bei einer Autopanne wie selbstverstaendlich geholfen hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der wunderschoenen Landschaft sehr genossen und koennen daher den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt

Wir hatten das Haus zu zweit gemietet, obwohl es auch für eine Familie groß genug ist. Sowohl im Haus als auch außen ist es sehr wohnlich. Wir haben die Veranda sehr gemocht und vor allem den tollen Meerzugang. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und alles war perfekt. Ganz lieben Dank für diesen tollen Ort!

le migliori vacanze al mare degli ultimi anni

Abbiamo passato delle vacanze stupende nella casa che è davvero molto confortevole. Il soggiorno è accogliente e comodo; la cucina molto ben organizzata; il bagno nuovo e spazioso. Il giardino grande, ombreggiato e ventilato offre diversi angoli piacevoli anche nei giorni più caldi. La vista del mare è spettacolare. L’accesso privato agli scogli consente di usufruire di uno degli angoli di mare più belli della zona in tutta tranquillità e senza bisogno di usare l’auto. É poi possibile raggiungere la vicina spiaggia di Guidaloca anche a piedi. La zona in cui è situata la casa è molto silenziosa, facilmente raggiungibile e ben fornita, con due piccoli supermercati a pochi minuti in auto. La zona è anche strategica per visitare i tanti luoghi di interesse turistico della zona occidentale dell’isola. I proprietari vivono nella casa limitrofa, sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Sono state le migliori vacanze al mare degli ultimi anni. Contiamo di tornare!

Erholung in der Heimat

Wir waren schlichtweg begeistert von dieser wunderbaren kleinen heilenden Oase mit einer wundervollen und herzlichen Vermieterin. Wir haben uns bereits fürs nächste Jahr angemeldet, besser kann man nicht wohnen, das Haus mit Garten ist traumhaft, die Lage zum entspannen und Wohlfühlen, die eigene Bucht, die man sich nur mit Kleinen Booten teilen muss, lädt zum Schnorcheln ein. Hanni ist eine wundervolle Vermieterin, man merkt, dass sie mit Herz dabei ist, die eigenen Freiräume die man im Urlaub gerne mal hat, vollkommen akzeptiert. Danke für dieses Stückchen Glück!!!!

Tolle Lage in der Nähe des Zingaro-Nationalparks

Man teilt sich das Grundstück mit der Eigentümerin, welches aber so groß ist - und vor allem auch sehr schön angelegt ist -, dass man sich kaum über den Weg laufen kann. Und selbst wenn, dann wäre es auch kein Problem, denn die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Von dem Grundstück gehen Treppen zu einer Felsbucht ab, welche sonst nur per Boot zu erreichen ist. Für einen leichteren Ein- und Ausstieg gibt es sogar eine kleine Treppe und zum Trockenen zwei kleine Terrassen mit Liegen und Stühlen. Das Haus selbst hat eine gute Raumaufteilung; die zwei Schlafzimmer sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet. Die Möblierung ist sehr individuell und mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet. In der Küche haben wir alles finden können, was wir brauchten. Die kurze Entfernung zum Eingang des Zingaro- Nationalparks und zu Einkaufmöglichkeiten ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt dieser Wohnung. Zu guter Letzt möchte ich auch noch erwähnen, dass bei einem kurzzeitigen Problem sofort und unkompliziert reagiert wurde. Sollten wir noch einmal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen, würden wir wieder versuchen, diese Wohnung mieten zu können.

Outdoors good, inside lacking

The house is in a great position with views of the sea and hills through trees from the garden and access to the seashore via steps through the owner’s garden - but we preferred a short walk through the field and down some steps to the beach of Guidaloca because we couldn’t imagine swimming from the rocks at the bottom of the steps - getting in and out looked difficult- and swimming is what we like to do, not sunbathing. We didn’t find the house inside to be quite as described and so for the sake of other travelers I’m going to describe it here. It is said to be “newly decorated”. However in one bedroom the paint had bubbled and flaked off the wall beside the bunk bed and it was getting like that between the dining room and kitchen too. There was a musty odor which didn’t disperse in the 4 nights we stayed. The furnishings and fittings were neither new nor antique. It went beyond “shabby chic”. For example, the bedroom wardrobe was battered and lined with peeling wallpaper. A lampshade had been created with pins and string joining up a roll of orange foam fabric. The lighting was sparse. So many things were at or near the end of their useful life we couldn’t ask for replacements. Besides, some items that were new were substandard eg toweling bath mats for bedside rugs. Only two small scratchy bath towels were provided. Fortunately the kitchen and bathroom were adequate. And the house has good tiled floors and modern windows and shutters. We enjoyed the area of Scopello very much. But we feel fortunate that it only rained on our last morning so we could spend as much time as possible outside. On final point is that this house was offered to us because the host’s other house in her back garden was unavailable. We’re not sure anyone was staying there, though.

Wonderful

Hanni is the perfect hostess & the villa is very comfortable & had everything we needed for our stay. It is a good location for day trips to the surrounding area. Scopello is quiet in the off season but that is what appeals to us.

Hübsches Ferienhäuschen in wunderschönem Garten

Wir (2 Erw., 3 Ki.) verbrachten hier einige schöne Tage im Oktober. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war stets behilflich. (Danke nochmals dafür!) Das Haus war für unsere Zwecke perfekt: 2 Schlafzimmer, ein grosser Wohn-/Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ruhig gelegen. In der Nähe von Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Wetter war nicht optimal und daher das Haus eher kühl und etwas feucht.

Beautiful charming house in a serene setting with only the birds to listen to

We had such a lovely stay! The home is so relaxing and private. There are places to sit at all times of the day to have shade or sun as you prefer. You can swim from the owner’s garden access to the ocean (only before the afternoon breeze at 2pm). We loved the access to Zingaro. We would go back in a heart beat! Book it! .

Sehr ruhiger und entspannender Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus mit großem Garten

Wir haben eine Woche mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) in Scopello verbracht. Ein schönes, sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus (abseits von Straßen!) mit schattigem Garten und direktem Zugang zum Meer: Erholung pur. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Das Haus liegt günstig für zahlreiche Ausflüge im Westen Siziliens. Ein kleiner Supermarkt mit sehr guter Auswahl ist in der Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nicht zuviel versprochen - eine sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben uns mit drei Erwachsenen zwei Wochen in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist günstig, um Ausflüge nach ganz Westsizilien zu machen - Trapani, Marsala, Selunt oder Palermo sind mit Reisezeiten um eine Stunde gut zu erreichen, daß man gut in das Naturschutzgebiet Zingaro zum Wandern kommt versteht sich von selbst. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt, der feinste italienische Produkte Fleisch, Käse, Brot, Salate, Marmeladen, Wein und Süßigkeiten hat, mit angeschlossenem Café und Eisdiele - wir haben das sehr genossen. Das Haus ist groß genug und innen so eingerichtet, daß man dort auch mal einen Regentag verbringen kann.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Mittelmeer - mit schönem privaten Zugang zu einer Badestelle

Wir haben Ende Okt das Ferienhaus mit drei Personen gemietet. Das Haus liegt abseits einer Straße und damit ruhig in zweiter Reihe am Mittelmeer. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es diverse Terrassen mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Über das Grundstück der Vermieterin, das in der ersten Reihe zum Meer liegt, kann man eine private Badestelle, die sehr schön ist und wiederum über mehrere Terrassen mit Sitzgelegenheiten verfügt, erreichen. Die Vermieterin haben wir als sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt. Das Haus selber verfügt über einen großen Woh-/Eßraum, der über eine ausreichende Anzahl an Sitzgelegenheiten verfügt; unmittelbar grenzt die Küche an, die gut ausgestattet ist. Das Haus verfügt über zwei Schlafräume - ein Raum (ca 16m2) ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet, das andere Schlafzimmer (10m2) hat ein Doppelstockbett und zwei Einzelbetten und ist damit eher klein. Der südliche Zugang zum Naturpark Zingaro ist vom Haus fussläufig (ca 4km entfernt) erreichbar und sehr empfehlenswert Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten

Einfach traumhaft!

Wir waren zu 2. für eine Woche in diesem zauberhaften Domizil. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein Traum und man kann die Ruhe und wunderschöne Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Scopello und der Zingaro Nationalpark sind in Unwetter Nähe. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Gepflegtes Haus,sehr schöne Gartenanlage,ruhig gelegen und super Wasser.

Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und aüßerst hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist groß und sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgerüstet.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (10 Min. zu Fuß),für Restaurantbesuch wird Auto benötigt. Die großzügige Gartenanlage ist ein Traum.Der Zugang zum Meer (Steil- küste) ist gut gebaut mit Podesten zum ruhen und sonnen,das Wasser blitzsauber, einfach super.
