Smal family twin house, 20 mtrs from the sea with an extraordinary wiew of the Etna montain.
Ideally situated in a residential quarter, 4 kilo mtrs from Catania and airport.
Taormina, Siracuse and Etna, distance away approx.
at 45 minutes.
Villa with a lot of amenities :
air conditioned,fully equipped kitchen, private garden with deck chairs, tables and chairs for outdoor eating, 2 private car parking spots 20m from residence. You can approach the villa and sea only via private thoroughfare.
Daily cleaning of beach and garbage pick up(operated from 15 May to 30 September)

A lovely location for the beach and Catania

My partner and I stayed here for 10 days in October and although it was out of season we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The villa is in an enclosed secured area with car parking. A beautiful sandy beach is about 30 metres away. The villa and gardens is lovely and well equipped, a barbecue in October was a delight. The host, Isabelle is a charming lady and any issues were swiftly resolved. The local Line D bus to Catania stops at the main gate, there is a 1km walk to the gate.

Wonderful Stay!

We were exhausted when we landed in Catania and then had to quickly adjust to driving in Sicily. It was comforting to have such a helpful host. Isabelle was so kind and even drew us a map of how to find things nearby. The beach was amazing. So quiet, short walk, warm water. I was relieved to not have to drive somewhere and then deal with throngs of people at a public beach. The little store and pizzeria were great as well. They didn’t speak English but tried hard to help us. We felt safe and comfortable within the neighborhood. It saddened us to see so much garbage on the drive out to the community.

Kurzurlaub

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und saubere Unterkunft. Auch die Wohnanlage insgesamt war sauber gehalten. Die Unterkunft war mit vielem ausgestattet, was für einen Sommerurlaub notwendig ist. Sehr angenehm, die zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätze. Es ist zu beachten, dass es bei hoher Belegung der Anlage auch sehr laut zugeht.

Tres bonne location a catane

Situee idealement pres de l aeroport sans bruit des avions, cette location a 50 m de la plage est pratique pour les excursions en voiture. Proprete irreprochable, tres complete et Isabelle la gerante tres reactive et parle français.

Campo di mare très bien tenu,propre.gardien à l'ecoute. Location avec tout le confort clim très utile ,le logement fonctionnel à tous les points de vue. A vingt mètres de la plage

Chaleureusement accueillis par la fille de la propriétaire nous avons passé une agréable quinzaine dans cette maison bien équipée à deux pas de la plage. La terrasse que nous avons partagé avec une adorable famille de chats et l'omniprésente musique du voisin d'en face est spacieuse et bien ombragée et nous avons apprécié la présence d'une deuxième salle de douche bien pratique. Cette location est parfaitement bien située pour découvrir cette superbe région.

Une maison au top!

Merci beaucoup Isabelle pour votre gentillesse et toutes vos attentions, brioches pour le petit-déjeuner, pâtisseries, bons plans pour visiter les différents sites. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l 'est de la sicile, de plus , on est à 1mn à pied de la plage qui est immense, la terrasse est grande est très bien ombragée, il ne manque rien! Et Isabelle parle parfaitement français. Nous avons passé 11 jours merveilleux. Nous recommandons cette location à nos amis.

Excellent séjour

Très bon endroit, très calme. La propriétaire était là pour nous accueillir avec une mine d’informations. L’appartement est très bien équipé et les 2 salles de bain sont bien utiles. Je recommande cette location parfaitement placée pour rayonner dans tout l’Est de la Sicile et cerise sur le gâteau à 2 pas de la plage de sable. Merci Isabelle !!!!

Ein kleines Paradies

Kleines,gemütliches Einod,Sehr gute Anbindung an die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region Catania und nahe zur Autobahn. Das Meeresrauschen ist wahrnehmbar,der Weg ist kurz zum Strand(50Meter).Eigener Parkplatz. Im Hause ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht also ein völlig ausgestatteter Haushalt von A bis Z. Im Außenbereich ein zweites Wc und Dusche.und Waschmaschinenraum. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten vom Schatten bis zum Sonnenplatz Grill vorhanden und eine TOP-Gastgeberin Isabelle of al Mare dell Etna ist einfach erstklassig Danke für die 14 Tage Susi und Uwe Schüler

À deux pas de la mer !

Bien qu'arrivés tardivement sur les lieux, un accueil chaleureux de la part d'Isabelle nous attendait. Point de départ idéal pour visiter l'Etna, la Sicile ionienne (Catane à 10 minutes, Acitrezza, Acireale,...), la Sicile baroque (Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa) et la Sicile du centre (Caltagirone), les recommandations d'Isabelle (décidément !) nous ont été d'une grande utilité. La maison est suréquipée car la propriétaire veille à ce que les vacanciers bénéficient de tout le confort souhaité. Il est d'ailleurs à noter que le petit-déjeuner, café compris, quelques fruits et légumes du jardin d'Isabelle nous ont dispensé de faire des coursettes le premier jour. La plage, nettoyée chaque jour, n'est qu'à quelques mètres...Nous recommandons donc très chaleureusement ce petit coin de paradis !!!

Un grand merci a Isabelle tres accueillante et tres patiente.la maison est tres bien aménagée,il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place.la terasse est bien ombragée et tres agreable. l'emplacement de la maison est top avec accès direct sur la plage bien pratique avec enfant.Résidence sécurisée. Parfait pour visiter etna,syracuse;catane en moins d'une heure de voiture. si on a l'occasion on reviendra sans hésiter et on recommande a 200°/.

Central pour explorer l Est

Très bon accueil et conseils des propriétaires. Un petit déjeuner prêt ;-) le logement est à une heure des centres d'intérêt ( Syracuse, Etna, Taormina...). Attention en octobre les plages ne sont plus nettoyées et les moustiques et cafards étaient de la partie. Logement un peu sombre mais avec tout le nécessaire. Voiture obligatoire car hors de la ville.

la maison est parfaite

La maison est particulièrement bien équipée autant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Elle est idéalement placée en bord de mer pour profiter d'une eau à 26 degrés en septembre mais également pour visiter ce côté de la Sicile. Elle est totalement sûre et le parking surveillé est couvert. Nous y avons passé une semaine inoubliable et nous la recommandons chaleureusement.

Accueil exceptionnel dans une ravissante maisonnette avec grand jardin à quelques pas de la mer

Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part d'Isabelle à notre arrivée: elle a pris tout son temps pour nous donner des conseils sur les points d'intérêt touristique de la région et elle avait aussi prévu de la viennoiserie pour notre petit déjeuner du lendemain. Résidence pavillonnaire fermée et gardée (parking aussi + couvert), très calme puisque piétonne une fois que vous quittez le parking. Une petite épicerie à la sortie de la copropriété. Bonne literie, jardin ombragé, plage avec vue sur l'Etna enneigé en ce début d'avril. Voiture indispensable pour aller au centre commercial voisin et à Catane (10 minutes environ). Bonne base de départ pour aller aussi à Syracuse, Noto. Ne pas rater la découverte de l'Etna, en éruption lors de notre visite: coulée de lave spectaculaire! Avril 2017

Les pieds dans l'eau

Location conforme au descriptif, Merci à Isabelle pour le nécessaire de notre premier petit déjeuner. (Non compris dans la location) Endroit calme et agréable, proximité de la plage idéale pour les enfants. Parasol, chaises de plage à disposition dans la location. Endroit sécurisé et place de parking à l’ombre (important avec la chaleur). Il faut venir en voiture pour visiter la Sicile (Isabelle vous donnera de bon conseil selon vos aspirations). Accès aux routes principales très facile pour visiter la Sicile. Excellente location. Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil et disponibilité

Excellent emplacement, très bonne location, à 50m de la plage, bien équipé.

Séjour très agréable passé en sicile dans cette petite maison. nous étions 3, ma femme, ma fille de 4 ans et moi. Ma fille a adoré la proximité de la plage (50m à pied par un petit chemin serpentant entre les propriétés.) ainsi que le jardin très bien agencé et très bien ombragé. on était très souvent dehors , ce qui est très agréable. Accueil très chaleureux avec d'excellentes pâtisseries offertes par Isabelle ainsi que beaucoup de conseils avisés pour visiter les environs. à 10 min de l'aéroport et du centre de Catane, très bien situé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

fantastique

Nous avons passé une semaine incroyable. La maison n'est pas très facile à trouver mais correspond en tout point à l'annonce : très très propre, avec tout pour les enfants , une cuisine remplie et une climatisation impeccable. Une douche extérieure très agréable pour le retour de la plage, un beau jardin. Isabelle parle français et a été disponible, et d'une grande gentillesse. Petits gateaux, boissons fraiches et glace à l'arrivée. Coulis de tomate maison. Explication pour les courses, les visites, les parkings...de plus la plage est à 3 secondes à pied...on y va en maillot ! Les voisins sont charmants, tout le monde discute . C'est très familial. Un dépot de pain dans les résidences qui vend tout le nécessaire (pizza, charcuteries, ...), une place de parking sécurisée. Par contre il faut louer une voiture pour visiter les alentours. Des vacances de rêve pour nous grace à de belles rencontres et une hotesse charmante. Merci encore Isabelle !!!!

Vacanza a Catania

Vacanza meravigliosa, venivamo da qualche giorno passato nelle vicinanze di Palermo e per ultimare le vacanze in bellezza ci siamo spostati a Catania. Io, mio marito e le mie due figlie di 4 anni e 11 mesi abbiamo trovato l'appartamento molto comodo e confortevole. Al suo interno c'era tutto, compreso qualche gioco da spiaggia per i bambini, sdraio, ombrellone! Il pezzo forte dell'appartamento è l'esterno, un cortile ben curato e spazioso. Il mare era vicinissimo e la spiaggia di sabbia era perfetta per le bambine! In pochi giorni abbiamo visitato l'Etna, Taormina e qualche paesino lungo mare vicino! Volevamo andare anche alle isole Eolie, ma per la distanza e per le bimbe (quella piccola) abbiamo deciso di fare un giorno in più in spiaggia. Isabelle, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e fornisce indicazioni rispetto ai luoghi da visitare! Spero proprio di tornare!!!!!!

Fantastic stay in sunny Sicily

My wife and I arrived in the Catania on 4 Oct. 2014. Isabella and her husband met us at the Condo. It was everything as advertised plus!. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with all the utensils etc. plus a lot of extras, spices, condiments, all the nice little extras that are usually not expected. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of sheets etc. The home is surrounded by very pretty greenery and patios; lots of privacy. And then just steps to the sandy beach.with all the chairs, umbrellas provided by our gracious host.The unit was extremely clean and furnished with a lot of personal item. We did a lot of travelling around the eastern area of Sicily. I patricularly liked the convenient location for visiting this area. Once again, my many thanks to Isabella for her friendship and being such a warm, gracious host for our stay. Bill Hanigan

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Isabelle et nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec nos deux enfants (3 ans et 8 mois). La terrasse est agréable et spacieuse. La maison est confortable et pourvue de tous les équipements (dont un lit bébé). Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit, proche de la mer et des lieux touristiques incontournables de la Sicile orientale.

"Well equiped, all you need is in the apartment, Beautiful outside of the house, Person of contact very helpful and nice, You can easily park your car, Outside of the city but easy access to Catane and near highways to Syracuse, Taormina... the neighbourhood at first sight a little weird but very calm"
