Appartement agréable avec vue sur le Port Rhu

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement avec vue sur le Port Rhu , avec des commerces à proximité, ce qui était très appréciable pour nous qui n'avions pas de voiture.

Appartement dans un vieil immeuble donc pas très moderne et pas bien entretenu. Le gros problème est le bruit du voisinage: bruit de pas, chasse d'eau, discussion ... La courette est en fait un mur de 3m de haut à 1m des fenêtres. Le jardin est sans intérêt car mal entretenu et accessible par une sorte de débarras. Le ménage est compris dans le prix de la location, c'est n'est donc pas une option que l'on peut choisir ou non. Le stationnement est aléatoire dans la rue . Seuls points positifs: literie correcte et logement bien placé par rapport aux commerces

Appartement calme et bien situé, idéal pour découvrir la région de la pointe du Raz à Concarneau. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire et merci pour ses bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons sûrement avec des amis car l'appartement est grand et peux recevoir 2 couples ou une famille de 4 sans problème.

appartement très agréable, très bien situé. Commerces divers à proximité. Port à 10 minutes à pied où nous avons trouvé une ambiance très sympa. Vue très belle. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire . Nous recommandons cette location.
