The 86 m² apartment has 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 fitted kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, air-conditioning, wi-fi., 2 large terraces and 1 backyard for a total of 148m². A private parking space. Beautilful modern design . 1 king size bed and 2 beds of 90 cm each in the second room. Bedding is brand new and of excellent quality. Linen is included in the price. All the ingredients for a perfect holiday! The sea is 2km from the apartment with the wonderful Bahia beach!, South airport and las americas are 10 minutes drive. Professional and warm welcome.

Séjour parfait

C'est la seconde fois que je séjourne dans ce magnifique appartement et je n'ai de nouveau rien à redire Accueil au top, lieux parfaitement nettoyés et équipés, confortSi je dois revenir à Tenerife, je réserverai à nouveau cet appartement

Super schönes Appartement-immer wieder

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Diese ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Zur anlage gehört ein riesiger Pool. Sowohl die Anlage als auch der Pool werden regelmäßig gereinigt.

Super appartement en fijn complex!

Wij zijn met gezin met 2 kleine kinderen hier 2 weken geweest. Het appartement voldoet precies aan de omschrijving en foto’s. Was super! Het zwembad is geweldig en goed afgezet met glas zodat de kinderen er niet zomaar in konden. Altijd ligbedjes vrij. Auto onder appartement parkeren en lift omhoog meteen sta je voor de voordeur. Zou wel een auto adviseren, vindt Palm Mar en het strand minder leuk. Dus wel auto nodig om naar andere plaatsten te gaan. Wel fijne supermarkt op loop afstand met verse broodjes. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad en zullen hier nog wel eens terug komen.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis

Moderne, relativ neue, grosszügige Wohnung. Grosser Pool. Immer sauber. Nur 4 Sterne da Inventar ( vieles von Ikea) und Pool in der kurzen Zeit stark gelitten hat.

Great Apartment

The apartment was excellent. The photos do it justice. It also had a widescreen TV with a large selection of subscription film services in many languages. The only disappointment was that the block itself was quiet with little ambience or excitement for our children. The town in which it is situated lacks a centre. There are restaurants nearby, but they are expensive compared to los Cristianos for example and somewhat spreadout. Jerome was an excellent host.

Had such a great time...

Although this was our first extended winter break, we needn’t have worried. Everything about this apartment and it’s location was first class. Quality. The local supermarket is well stocked and there are bars in the area that do food and drink at good prices. If you hire a car, there are lots of things to see and do in Tenerife. Larger supermarkets like Lidl are not too far away but supporting the local economy is to be commended. The apartment is beautifully equipped and lacks nothing.The sun is on the garden all day and the sheltered frontage is sometimes welcome for cooling down. Would definitely recommend this apartment...

A REAL HOME from HOME

Everything you need in the apartment to cook and all the home comforts. In a very modern clean apartment Great location to explore palm mar very relaxing yet minutes away by car to Los Cristiano's and playa America's Beautiful pool great as an ornament feature however to cool in the winter months for swimming. However no hesitation in recommending and returning to this lovely apartmento

Sehr schönes Apartment mit tollem Pool

Die Fotos treffen genau die Wirklichkeit. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Fußläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Allerdings ist ein Auto unerlässlich (Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden), da es in Palm Mar keinen Strand gibt. Den findet man aber im Nachbarort.

Espacioso y confortable

El apartamento es amplio, sobretodo habitaciones, armarios y baños. Nos dejaron toallas para la piscina o playa, incluso sombrilla. La piscina y el jardín una maravilla, los niños disfrutaron en la hamaca y la súper piscina. La plaza de parking va muy bien para descargar y salir. En general un 9 a todo. Cómo pegas quizás que la cisterna del baño no iba bien y no supimos regular la temperatura de la ducha. La cama amplia pero las almohadas bajas y estrechas y el colchón de matrimonio hacía ruido. También encontramos que faltaban cuchillos de sierra para cortar el pan y alguna sartén más pequeña, aunque nos dejaron aceite, sal, agua y algunos alimentos qué nos vinieron bien. En definitiva, un buen apartamento moderno y bastante nuevo todo con mucho espacio

Appartement au top!

Que du positif sur cet appartement: propre, meublé avec soin, disposant de toutes les commodités nécessaires, des matériaux de qualité, un propriétaire à l'écoute et qui donne un tas de conseils pratiques sur la région. Il est certain que nous y retournerons!!!

Sehr tolles Apartment und tolle Anlage

Wir hatten wunderbare 10 Tage in dieser tollen Anlage. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Apartment ist genauso wie beschrieben. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gut eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich zu Hause. Einzig Handtücher / Pooltücher könnten etwas mehr sein. Wir werden sicherlich wieder hier Urlaub buchen. Weiter so!

Excellent cadre et appartement pour un séjour de rêve !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis (2 couples). C'est une résidence toute récente, l'appartement est neuf et très bien équipé. L'avantage du rez-de-chaussée est que le logement dispose d'une terrasse donnant sur le séjour avec vue sur la piscine, et d'une grande terrasse côté chambres (accessible par les deux) bien équipée et très agréable (hamac, transats...). L'accès à la piscine est sécurisé par une clé (sécurité enfants). Je n'ai jamais vu de piscine aussi grande et agréable ! Et je connais assez bien tenerife. Située à 1km environ de la mer et à 5min d'un petit supermarché avec boulangerie et viande, c'est une résidence très agréable et calme. Palm-Mar offre quelques restaurants, une digue pour se promener et une petite plage très sympa. Bonnes vacances.
