Overall good!

Apartment located in an excellent area, right in the city center. Functional, where the real estate agent was excellent in terms of communication, kindness and availability. Only note: no wifi expected instead as advertised. There was a problem that the agent took note of, contacting the technicians. Unfortunately for the entire stay the problem remained unsolved. For the rest everything was quite good.

cannot remember a warning that a very noisy pub was just below,tv did'nt work washing machine door handle was broken off completely so could not use,second toilet only suitable for a small child to use,only one small very thin rubbish bag luckily we did not do much cooking.how five adults could possibly stay there is not worth thinking about,it felt very cramped with just 3 of us.quite dissapointed,the only redeeming feature was the location/airport bus one minute walk

Appartement parfaitement situé avec métro, bus et tram au coin de la rue. La location est à environ 15-20 mini de marche du Danube, de nombreux monument et musées sont accessibles à pied, et l'appartement est également entouré de nombreux restaurants, magasins, cafés et bars.La place est un peu bruyante le soir mais l'appartement a du double vitrage et le bruit du pub situé en-dessous diminue après 22-23h donc pas gênant pour dormir.Appartement bien équipé, deux chambres confortables. Mention spéciale à l'accueil de Zita, très sympathique.

Gute Wohnung, einige Probleme mit Vermieter

Wohnung in insgesamt gutem Zustand. Einige nützliche Sachen (z. B. Wasserkocher) haben gefehlt. Für die Geschirrspülmaschine stand kein Spülmittel bereit. Einige Sachen (z. B. Türschloss) gingen während meines Aufenthalts (trotz normaler Nutzung) kaputt, waren also bereits vorher defekt. Lage gut, allerdings etwas laut und direkt über einem Raucherlokal gelegen => Zigarettengeruch bei offenem Fenster. Vermieter in der Kommunikation freundlich, antwortet allerdings teilweise mit großer Verzögerung. Nach meinem Aufenthalt wurden 150€ zusätzlich (das ist die höchstmögliche Summe) in Rechnung gestellt und diverse Defekte und Sauberkeitsprobleme behauptet. Ich werde dies bei Fewo-Direkt reklamieren.

Busy location, everything is dated, cigarette smoke non-stop!!!

The location is perfect if you're looking for something central. Madách tér is busy and full of foot traffic. We were there during Christmas so was nice and close to all the markets, vendors. The beds are not comfortable at all, mattress should be replaced. All in all it was fine for our 2 week stay aside for the following: This next part is important if you are a nonsmoker or cigarette smoke bothers you at all. Because the windows are directly above the street level pubs, the cigarette smoke is never-ending. It actually seems that EVERYONE SMOKES in Budapest!! Lol. Seriously though, we couldn't open the windows at all for fresh air during the day or evening, only was able in the early morning hours when the pubs are closed, somehow it even comes in at night though closed windows. Wasn't very pleasant at all, felt like being in prison. Of course if you're a smoker this might not matter to you.

Super emplacement. Bel appartement, équipé correctement. L’internet fonctionne quasi pas, mais on est la pour visiter et dur de trouver meilleur emplacement juste en face de la place avec la grande roue.

"El apartamento es muy lindo y su ubicación excelente. Rápida respuesta de la propietaria. Lamentablemente MUY ruidoso de noche. Hay un restaurante debajo con parlates justo delante de las ventanas con música a alto volúmen. Quizás la dueña pueda ponerles una queja. En todo lo demás muy bien !"

"Es como estar en casa pero de vacaciones. El alojamiento inmejorable, se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, con todo a mano (transporte, supermercados, sitios turísticos, etc). El apartamento precioso, muy bien equipado y con buena calefacción (muy importante si os hace frió como a nosotros). La propietaria encantadora, se ocupo de todo y nos mando información turística muy útil. La próxima vez que vaya repetiré y os animo a que hagáis lo mismo."

"Su situación en la ciudad es inmejorable, además de tener perfecto acceso al transporte público. Equipado de todo y muy cómodo. Cerca de supermercados y sitios culturales. Si habeis mirado este apartamento, no lo dudéis, sencillamente estupendo para unas vacaciones en Budapest. A resaltar la amabilidad y atenciones de los propietarios, siempre pendientes de solucionar cualquier eventualidad. Si volvieramos a Budapest no lo dudaríamos ni un momento."

"La casa è molto comoda e...

"La casa è molto comoda e ben attrezzata. Ci si sente a proprio agio anche perché è una casa che viene vissuta anche dalla proprietaria in alcuni periodi dell'anno. Sia la proprietaria (che vive in Spagna) sia la persona di riferimento sul posto sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è effettivamente a 50m dalla stazione in cui si incrociano le 3 linee della metro e a due passi dalla zona pedonale di Pest. Inoltre c'è un supermercato aperto 24/24 h a 50 m e questo è sicuramente una comodità."
