Modern home with a spacious, bright living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) overlooking the terrace and garden. <br>Two of the three bedrooms also overlook the garden.<br>Beaches, golf courses, and shops are all within easy walking distance.<br><br><br>Living area: a spacious, bright area with an entryway, office area, living room, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and gas stove), and a large dining room overlooking the garden and terrace under the pergola, plus a half-bath.<br>Bedroom area: three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub, shower, and toilet. Two bedrooms feature a 140 cm bed, and one bedroom has a 90 cm bed. Blankets are provided, but not linens (sheets and towels).<br>In the basement: laundry room, washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and ironing board.<br>Terrace and garden: two garden tables for 6 people, 6 chairs, a small BBQ, and 4 lounge chairs.<br><br>The rental price includes one hour of cleaning per week.<br><br>There’s a friendly cat named “Shanti” who lives outdoors.
