Particularly fresh, bright and well furnished studio located in the center of the village but in a quiet area. Ideal solution for couples or families with 1/2 children who want to enjoy a beach holiday on one of the most beautiful Italian beaches whose access is 150 meters away (REAL). Free WiFi internet connection, air conditioning and ceiling fan.
All consumptions included in the price. Linen is not included and can be hired with a supplement of € 10.00 per person and with kind notice.

Vacanza stupenda

L’appartamento è fresco, accogliente e ben curato, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, posto auto comodo davanti casa, la zona è ben fornita di tutti i servizi (supermarket, empori e bar) spiaggia a due passi. Per chi ha bimbi è veramente comodo. 5⭐️

Posizione eccellente

Accogliente e ben tenuto ....oltre che a risultare molto fresco .la posizione è eccellente rispetto alla spiaggia (c.ca 5 minuti a piedi) e dal centro. Se si ha intenzione di rilassarsi e non prendere la macchina è il posto ideale. Il proprietario molto molto gentile ma discreto. consiglio vivamente

Mr Marcello was one of the best hosts we ever had. The apartment was extremely clean. We had 2 weeks of holidays without missing anything inside the house for our daily routines. The house has a perfect location, less than 5 minutes till the beach. Even thought we had between 30 and 35 Celsius every day, the house is extremely fresh and it keeps like that also during the night, no need of using the AC ( a big + for those that have problems on using it 24/24) . We found a small but very useful terrace with an external shower, very practical when coming back at home from the beach Definitely recommend it!

Vacanze in relax

Ottimo sistemazione per una famiglia, noi in 3 ci siamo stati comodamente, doccia esterna comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia... Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile... Posizione secondo me ottima, con una piccola passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia e il centro dove poter passare la serata, ma abbastanza defilato da non sentire rumori e poter riposare tranquillamente!

Felicissimi della scelta

Ottima posizione, a piedi si raggiunge ogni meta. Il posto auto assegnato è stato veramente utilissimo, perché, con tutta la gente che c'è, parcheggiare sarebbe stato uno stress. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile .

Excellent Location in a Spectacular Beach Town

The apartment is just a few blocks from the center of town and the most fantastic aqua blue coastline. Marcello is a thoughtful and attentive host to make sure I was content. I thoroughly enjoyed strolling around the neighborhood checking out the street vendors and shops/restaurants, and then hiking and swimming from the the rocky cliffs in this amazing little town.

Posizione strategica

La casa è in una posizione strategica: in pieno centro e a pochi passi dal mare. La casa è dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax. La doccia esterna comodissima. Marcello è una persona molto disponibile e alla mano. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi ha voglia di passare dei giorni di tranquillità senza dover utilizzare l’automobile.

"Il mono ha tutti i comfort necessari per passare un bel soggiorno e si trova in una posizione centrale, ottima per raggiungere ogni tipo di esercizio a piedi. Da Torre dell''Orso è facile raggiungere Otranto (a 16 km) e Lecce (a 22 km). L''unico neo a Torre dell'' Orso sono le spiagge superaffolate, ma andando la mattina presto vi assicuro che è molto piacevole il posto lo si trova.Infine il proprietario (il sig.Marcello F. e la moglie) si è rilevata una persona davvero esemplare sempre pronto a risolvere ogni tipo di problema nella maniera più rapida possibile."

"Mare bellissimo..raggiungibile a piedi in 3' dall'alloggio. Maasimo confort in poco spazio, ben arredato, fresco, arieggiato e luminoso. proprietari molto gentili e disponibili..L'alloggio è situato in posizione strategica, in quanto a due passi dal centro, ma zona tranquilla e residenziale."
