Erfahrungen Peschici

Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar, jedoch einer erholungsbedürftigen Familie so eine Wohnung zu präsentieren, ist grenzwertig. Für den Preis von 1.800€ pro Woche darf man auch von einem entsprechenden Zustand oder Ausstattung ausgehen, was jedoch hier nicht Fall ist: defekte Spülmaschine, und in der Woche wurden auch keine Reparaturversuche vorgenommen; am 2.Tag ist mein Lattenrost durchgebrochen und dieser ist auch schon öfters rep. worden; die Perlatoren waren so verkalkt, dass fast kein Wasser mehr durchfloss; die Fliegengitter sehr verdreckt; es gab genau 4 Besteckmesser und 2 Kaffeelöffel (Rest war genügend da); Halterungen Fenstläden teilweise defekt, dass diese vom Wind immer auf und zu gingen; Duschvorhang mit Kabelbinder rep.; Duschkopfhalterung gebrochen; Clobürsten mehr als unappetitlich; Spiegelschrank kaputt. Hier wird weder Geld noch Arbeit investiert, damit sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Über das oben beschriebene habe ich auch Fotos gemacht, außer der Clobürste, dies möchte ich Ihnen ersparen.Es wäre Ihrerseits nur angemessen, uns einen Teil der Miete zurückbezahlen, da der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt ist und wir uns eigentlich erholen wollten, was im Anbetracht des Wohnungszustandes nicht möglich wahr.

Ottima posizione

La casa è praticamente sulla spiaggia perché oltre il cancello c'è la sabbia, il mare è stato quasi sempre mosso probabilmente il periodo ma non mi ha entusiasmato e unico neo della casa, come ho detto a Lory, la mancanza di zanzariere, per cui bisogna automunirsi di rimedi efficaci perché sono anche piuttosto ostinate.

"Unser 14-tägiger Aufenth...

"Unser 14-tägiger Aufenthalt im Appartement „Contessa“ im Juli dieses Jahres hat uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 15 und 16 Jahre alt) allen sehr gut gefallen. Lory ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Kommunikation mit ihr vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes hat sehr gut geklappt. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles war bestens organisiert. Das Appartement ist sauber und einfach eingerichtet und, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt, ist vorhanden. Auch bei hohen Außentemperaturen war es innerhalb der Wohnung bei geöffneten Fenstern luftig und gut auszuhalten. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend: es liegt direkt am Strand und am Fuße des Ortes. Beide bieten eine tolle Kulisse für einen schönen Urlaub. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Sandstrand und das Wasser sind sehr sauber, das Wasser ist zudem sehr klar und präsentiert sich in schönen Blautönen. Wir haben den Urlaub bei Lory in Peschici sehr genossen und können das Appartement nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank Lory, wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Peschici ist ein typisch...

"Peschici ist ein typisch italienischer Ferienort, der in der Saison richtig brummt. Zum Glück waren wir in der Vorsaison da - und dann ist es ein malerisches Felsendorf, dessen Bewohner den Ort leben lassen. Die vielen kleinen Handwerksläden sind allerdings größtenteils nur über den Sommer geöffnet. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt am Strand gelegen - Schuhe zieht man auf dem Weg zum Strand nicht an. Direkt nebenan sind (in der Saison) kleine Bars und ein Geschäft. Außerhlb der Saison geht man täglich rund 250 Stufen bis ins Dorf - aber das ist auch schön. Vor allem kulinarisch ist das Gargano ein Erlebnis: Frischer Fisch wird hier ebenso angeboten wie Schinken von frei laufenden Hausschweinen: lecker. Der Aufenthalt ist auch deshalb so angenehm, weil er direkten (Familien-)Anschluß an Lori verheißt, die direkt nebenan wohnt - und nett und hilfsbereit und erst Anfang dreißig ist. "Peschici is very beautiful town. The owner of this appartment - Lory and her boyfriend Max - very friendly and careful. The apartment is very close to the sea. Everything was wonderful. "La casa è, come da descrizione, proprio sul mare e questo permette una grande libertà per le esigenze dei diversi inquilini. L'ambiente è tranquillo, pochissimo rumore, l'abitazione è sempre fresca nonostante la calura esterna. La vista sul mare e su Peschici è davvero meravigliosa! La proprietaria Lory è gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati molto bene!"

Molto apprezzata l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della gestione ed in particolare la simpatia di Lory. Un ambiente cordiale dove ben si collocano giovani e famiglie.
