Joli maison indépendante au milieu d'une propriété viticole, proche du Mont Ventoux, plain pied avec jardin clos et privé, terrasse, barbercue, jeux enfants, située dans 'L'enclave des Papes' (partie du Vaucluse entièrement enclavée dans la Drôme Provençale).
Bel environnement, à moins d'une 1/2 heure de sites touristiques:
Orange son arc de triomphe et son théatre romains
Vaison la Romaine ses vestiges romains et son marché provençal
Nyons ses produits locaux (olives, huile, lavande..)
Grignan et son Château...
Sans oublier le célèbre Mont Ventoux que l'on peut gravir au choix en vélo à pied ou tout simplement en voiture pour la beauté du site.
