All stays include: Four Championship Golf Courses, Full-Service Marina and Sailing Academy, Nearby is the Lakeway World of Tennis. Long term renters and snow birds welcomed. We accept bookings no more than 3 weeks in advance.
Our condo is appointed with luxurious and high quality accessories and includes flat screen TV's throughout: 55' plus Smart Blueray in the Home Theater/Loft, 55' plus Smart Blueray in the Living Room, 48' Master, 40' Bedrooms. High speed wifi is provided. Boat slip and trailer parking is not included-check with the marina for availability. New wood floors throughout. 2 covered garage parking spaces. Additional private storage space is available.

Vince is from Texas and Carolyn is from Pennsylvania. Austin is our home base. Colorado and Costa Rica our our other "homes." We spend 4 months a year in Colorado skiing and golfing and escape to Tamarindo whenever possible. We love hosting as it allows us to share our favorite places with other adventurous travelers. We also love dogs so all of our properties are dog friendly!
Why they chose this property
Lakeway Resort is a hidden gem just 40 minutes from downtown Austin. Lake living at its best and resort amenities are a huge plus for long term renters. Short term guests can buy day passes to the resort. Great restaurants and shopping at the Galleria are just 15 minutes away. It's a getaway close to it all!
What makes this property unique
Our condo is a corner unit with a loft. The balcony overlooks the lake and marina and is the perfect location for a quiet stay yet so close to everything you would need for a short or long term stay. 2 covered parking spaces are included. Long term renters also have access to additional storage.
