Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room.

Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Laminate flooring, fully furnished with a 39" flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun.

There is a view of the canal from the balcony.

Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer.

Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Close to shopping, grocery, gas stations, and restaurants in addition to movies, shopping and restaurants in Corpus Christi across the bridge.

This condo unit is on the second floor and there are no elevators. It is not wheelchair accessible. The unit is located at the top of the stairs.

I purchased the property in 2006 when it was converted to an condo and renovated including the cabinets. In 2014, I did a few small upgrades such as flooring, lighting, ceiling fan and other small changes. Updated the bathroom over the years.

Why they chose this property

I bought this condo for long term rentals but decided if I rented it as a vacation rental, I could also visit my self. I also rent it furnished for periods of over 30 days. The property is only a block from Whitecap Beach and it has a pool, hot tub, small pond and exercise room. It's located in a quiet area but is not far from all kinds of activities, restaurants and shopping.
