Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement qui a tout le confort nécessaire pour le permettre. À côté des pistes et des commerces. Aurélie a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Bref allez-y les yeux fermés !

Appartement simple tout en longueur très bien placé et proche des remontées. Idéal pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Matelas du clic clac très confortable. Attention, les matelas des lits superposés sont assez petits.

Summer vacation

We had a lovely week. The apartment was as described and spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for the he 2 of us and well furnished. The kitchen equipment was plentiful though we didn’t use the hob or microwave as we ate out. The shower room was cozy but adequate. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Bad experience

We arrived at the location on the time of the arrival , owner did not answer her phone , and we had to wait 3 hours in the snow to get an answer. All information she sent was in french , and i asked her 3 times to send us the information in English and she didnt the entire trip , only after we got back home . Also she charged us extra money for cleaning from the deposit for no reason , we had cleaned the apartment completely . This is the worse aweful experience I had in Homeaway

Bad experience for me too! I did not know that this tenant did not speak French ... following his claim I translated my lease contract. But the schedules and dates on the contract are understandable since it is noted in figures. 1/ The apartment was released at 12.30pm and not as specified on the contract. 2/ Everything was dirty, even very dirty, for proof it was necessary to do 2h30 of cleaning to 2 people to make the apartment properly clean for the following tenants. Mauvaise expérience pour moi aussi ! Je ne savais pas que ce locataire ne parlait pas français ... suite à sa réclamation j'ai traduit mon contrat de location. Mais les horaires et dates sur le contrat se comprennent puisque c'est noté en chiffres. 1/ L'appartement a été libéré à 12h30 et non 11h00 comme spécifié sur le contrat. 2/ Tout était sale, voire très sale, pour preuve il a fallu faire 2h30 de ménage à 2 personnes pour rendre l'appartement correctement propre pour les locataires suivants.

Un petit manque de coordination au niveau de l'arrivée mais appartement très bien équipé et agréable néanmoins salle de bain très petite notamment la cabine douche et manque de délimitation au niveau de la terrasse ce qui est assez genant. Environnement idéal pour les enfants beaucoup d'activités.

Appartement très bien situé et en très bonne état, il est très bien entretenu, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Seul petit point négatif, le manque d'éclairage dans la douche qui est très sombre, et une partie de l'éclairage qui s'éteint automatiquement dans le couloir.

En premier lieu, propriétaire très sympa, contact vraiment très agréable. L'appartement est à 150m des télécabines et à moins de 100m des commerces alimentaires. Très bien fourni en terme de vaisselle et équipements. Nous étions une famille de 5, l'espace à été suffisant. L'immeuble dispose d'un parking extérieur. Globalement très bon séjour dans un domaine formidable. Nous vous conseillons.
