The host was great the appartment was excellent for 23.99 a day. I only paid 670.00 pounds for 28 nights brilliant. If you had a family of four so cheap for a holiday in benidorm, close to the beach, close to benidorm city centre. Excellent.

The family stayed here for 4 weeks. This is a large and practical apartment, with a fantastic location right on the beach. The place is quiet, and you sleep well, with the sound of the waves, all night long. The beds are good. The sun shines before 1 pm and warms the apartment until it sets in the evening with spectacular colors. Delicious. Unfortunately for our children, the pool was closed, but we swam in the sea. I would have started the chainsaw myself, to achieve an even better view from the apartment, which is located on the first floor. Since we are traveling with children, we like the simple stand, without fancy and exclusive furniture and newly renovated surfaces. Really relaxing. In the vicinity you will find plenty of shops and restaurants. Cleanliness and contact with the host, absolutely perfect. Considering the price we paid, we give the place the highest possible score. Thank you for letting us borrow it.

Poniente Experience

Lovely area, nice apartment. Owner, Luis ,very helpful. I like to have a TV so no point saying you have one if there are no English channels! Thought there should have been at least one towel change for a 9 day stay. I think this is a fair and hopefully helpful assessment.

Excellent location

The property is a lovely, spacious apartment and the location is excellent and, importantly, the owner is extremely helpful and very contactable. We had a couple of small issues but the owner responded immediately to our text and sorted them out quickly. The apartment has good Wi-Fi connection and is conveniently situated on the ground floor. Poniente, where the apartment is located is really quite different from about 5/6 years ago. Lots of investment going into this area of Benidorm and consequently there is a now a large selection of new shops, restaurants, bars and cafes to choose from close to the apartment. From the apartment it’s a pleasant stroll into the old town in one direction or for those looking for a little more exercise a lovely walk to La Cala in the other direction. Would definitely stay here again.

Todo perfecto, 5 días para descansar y lo mejor que lo tienes todo cerca sin necesidad de mover el coche,lo único que nos tocó las obras y nos obligaba a madrugar, y del apartamento todo bien pero cambiaría las sillas puesto que se mueven mucho, pero seguro que repetimos

Mooie locatie

Het appartement is onderdeel van een mooi complex, met een mooi onderhouden tuin en voldoende parkeerplaatsen op eigen terrein. De boulevard, met diverse restaurantjes, is letterlijk om de hoek en een bezoek aan Benidorm-Stad is lopend te doen. Het appartement is geschikt voor twee of drie personen. Wel enigszins gedateerd, maar alles functioneert.

Estancia durante la primera quincena de Octubre.

Dos semanas estupendas.El clima ha sido excelente.El apartamento está muy bien ubicado,dentro de una urbanización muy bonita,limpia y agradable.Aparcamiento a disposición dentro de ella.Una zona muy tranquila,ideal para descansar,vivir y dormir. El ascensor que baja hasta el paseo marítimo es reseñable,pues ahorra caminata,esfuerzo y tiempo.Un lugar muy recomendable.

Herrlich Benidorm

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wifi functioneert sehr gut. Wir als Touristen konnten kein Fernsehen gucken weil nur Spanische Sender da waren. Aber weiterhin alles ist vorhanden was man braucht Vielleicht ist eine andere Kaffeemaschine eine Option. Und ein bisschen modernisieren. Es liegt sehr nahe am Strand. Und wenn etwas war konnte man den Besitzer immer erreichen über WhatsApp. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder. Es war ruhig und herrlich.

Esta muy bien ubicado y con muy buen acceso a la playa con el ascensor que baja al paseo marítimo. Además cuenta con piscina que tiene rampa para acceder las personas con movilidad reducida. La persona de contacto, Luis, encantador y muy servicial. Como punto de mejora, está un poco antiguo.

Urlaub in Benidorm lohnt sich immer

Kurzr nachdem wir in dem Appartement eingecheckt hatten, schloss es an der Tür und die nächsten Interessenten wollten sich umsehen. Wir hatten abgeschlossen, sodass niemand hinein kommen konnte. Das geht natürlich nicht, da Sie unseren zeitlichen Aufenthalt kannten. Wir hätten uns 1 Kaffemaschine und deutsches Fernsehprogramm gewünscht. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement idéal pour des vacances sans voitures plage en face de l’immeuble et piscine en bas parfait pour une famille avec des enfants l’emplacement est le point fort de l’appartement il manque juste des accessoires Bébé comme un lit pliable et une chaise haute mais sinon ça va dans l’ensemble tout est correct

Appartment in Poniente

Had wonderful holiday in this appartment! What you see in pictures is exactly what you get! It is very clean with everything you need for a holiday appartment although it started to feel like home to my husband and i. Perfecly positioned for the beach and small spanish bars we like, and only a 15min walk into old town to our favourite Tapas bars and restaurants we frequent! So happy to have found this appartment and hope we can return again! Top marks to owner for getting it right!
