Lovely house lots around to do!

The property was lovely and felt secure. We all loved the pool and outdoor living that the property gives. Everything we needed for the stay was provided and our hosts were really helpful. The town was a little disappointing but the location meant we were so close to many Italian attractions, there was plenty to do, and then we could return to the comfort of the house! We visited Pompéi, Herculaneum, The Royal palace in Caserta, (3 of the 22 sites owned by the Royals), We also spent a day on the Amalfi coastline between Salerno and Amalfi. The rooms in the house were comfy and well equipped. We cooked at the house every evening after shopping locally, plenty of choice!

Lovely villa and host

We had a lovely stay in the Villa, it was mostly as described (except I explicitly asked if there were three double beds and assured there were, there wasn’t, there are two double beds). It had a few extras like foosball and ping pong tables plus balls for the pool. The facilities were great and the host was really lovely. On hand for any queries throughout our stay, nothing was too much. The only downside was the general location of the Villa. The lane itself was nice but the area it is in was a bit rough around the edges, I wouldn’t let that stop me going to the Villa again but it is something to just be aware of when driving in.

Huset og spesielt bassengområdet er flott. Det er kort avstand til strand og butikker. Området rundt er litt slitt og det er få gode spisesteder i området. Det finnes mange muligheter for utflukter, men det blir fort litt langt å kjøre. Verten bruker litt lang tid på å svare på spørsmål.

Es waren Erholsamen, Wunderschönen 10 Tage in der Villa. Die Villa verfügt über alles was man für die kurze Zeit benötigt, alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Es liegt ein sehr kurzes Weg zum Strand. Hast du Fragen oder benötigst Hilfe, ist die Besitzerin sofort vor Ort. Wir Alle sind sehr Dankbar für die tolle Zeit und Gastfreundlichkeit

Séjour région de Naples

Séjour d’une semaine région Naples. Location située à une quarantaine de km de Naples. Idéale pour se remettre du tumulte de la ville. Avons loué une voiture, il ne faut pas avoir peur de conduire, surtout en ville. Le code de la route n’est pas respecté. C’est choquant au début puis on s’y fait rapidement... Naples est une ville très animée.

Het is een hele mooie villa hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig. Mensen waren erg behulpzaam en zijn verder niet moeilijk er mag veel. Mooi zwembad erbij . Alleen de omgeving is minder veel gedumpt afval . Maar wel een aanrader

Super Villa

Die Villa und die Anlage sind traumhaft und die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie + Deutsche Dogge und jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Leider ist die Umgebung sehr dreckig, aber bei so einem tollen Objekt muss man gar nicht mehr vor die Tür. Falls doch, findet man außerhalb viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Casa ok ma niente di che, molto più bella fuori che dentro! Il paese in cui si trova è assolutamente da evitare! Non c’è assolutamente niente tranne che spazzatura per le strade e edifici distrutti e abbandonati!

Beautiful traditional Italian villa

Stayed at Villa for 8 nights at end of May as a return to area where we worked and lived for 3 years, with a family of 9 (six adults and 2 children). Villa accommodation is a large 4 bed Villa with all domestic amenities (washer, dryer, microwave, hairdryer etc). The grounds surrounding the property are expansive and well maintained, with activities for all (table tennis, football nets, fussball and even a playhouse. Pool is large, well maintained and has a diving board and plenty of sun beds. Location is ideal for families that either want to get out or just relax secluded behind security gates in a safe estate. Transport is essential, as villa is 40mins drive from airport. Local area of Castel Vulturno, as previously reported is a traditional southern Italian area and not the best, but has some nice coffee bars (Krystal) and a few small local shops (one at top of villa street) that stock essentials. Local large supermarket (Goili)) 10 min in car for weekly shop. Owners daughter meet us at the villa and was very helpful throughout our stay via WhatsApp to to suggest new places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend villa to Friends and family who want to do some exploration of Southern Italy or just relax for week.

Super vacances

Villa très bien entretenue avec grande piscine très agréable. Super accueil par les propriétaires qui sont charmants, discrets... Très grand jardin, bien entretenu avec des arbres fruitiers à notre disposition. Beaucoup de jeux, super pour les grands et petits. Au bout de la rue une épicerie typique avec produits frais. Le vendeur est très gentil. Par contre le quartier un peu désertique. La plage est très proche. Bref, très bonnes vacances - et Merci à Fulvio et sa femme

Spacious property with pool

Surrounding area a little run down but property excellent. Security gates and private road, property well maintained with very helpful owners. Nearby shopping but limited restaurants. Beach nearby but not particularly attractive. Villa pool excellent. Easy road access to Naples and historic sites.

superbe villa très propre correspondant exactement au descriptif et aux photos

Nous étions un groupe de 6 amis , nous avons apprécié les 3 chambres très vastes(il y en avait une 4ème que nous n'avons pas utilisée avec 4 couchages pour enfants ou jeunes). La piscine est très belle et bien entretenue. Pour le café nous avons du chercher sur internet pour le fonctionnement de la cafetière à l'italienne, très bon café!! Bien sûr je rejoins les autres commentaires en précisant qu'il faut faire abstraction des alentours vraiment sinistrés et sales. Merci à Lili et Fluvio pour leur gentillesse.

Fantastic house, huge pool, beautiful garden

We passed 3 weeks in this wonderful house (6 adults and 6 children). We enjoyed the pool, the garden, the ping pong and the football table. The house was huge and cleen. In the terrace the weather was always nice (22-25 degrees) even when the outside degree was 32. The owners, Liliana and Fulvio are lovely and the housekeeper, Grazia too. The town of Castel Volturno is very dirty but the people living in are nice and friendly. The house is well situated, we could visit Rome, Naples, Capri, Pompei, Vesuvius, Ravello, Amalfi, Capua...
