About this property

QUIBERON Comfortable villa with heated pool, summer 2018!

House located in a pretty village at the entrance of Quiberon about 2. 5 km from the city center and all its shops and 1 km from the nearest beaches.
In summer 2018 you can enjoy the pleasures of swimming in our brand new pool!
After a busy day, you will enjoy relaxing in the quiet garden and its wooden terrace for a small barbecue with family or friends, as well as the good exposure of the house (south-west) which are undeniably major assets . No vis a vis either.
From the house, hiking trails lead you as well to the beach (10 minutes) to discover other villages or the beautiful wild coast.
Small practical information:
 1st supermarket (lidl) and restaurant at 1km, bakery, pharmacy, petrol stations at 1. 5 km.
The Super U and all other downtown shops about 2.5 km. In the village itself you will find a market gardener who sells on site.
The house has all the necessary equipment for a good holiday. A fully equipped kitchen, as well as a terrace and teak furniture, a gas weber barbecue and electric blinds.
TV, washing machine, iron wifi, available. 2 adult bikes are also available.
The house is surrounded by a garden 'closed', trees and flowers

Perfect holiday house

The property is perfectly well located in a little village, all Quiberon facilities accessible by bicycle. Thanks for the electric bicycles available with the house.We have been warmly welcomed by Laurent, who gave us all required information and offered lovely welcome hamper.The house is exactly as described, all very clean and super well equiped.We enjoyed the swimming pool and the lovely garden.Thanks again to Maryse and Laurent for this perfect holiday house

Séjour et maison très agréables

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'accueil était personnalisé avec de jolies attentions et des propriétaires sympathiques et de bons conseils. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée avec une piscine bien chaude accessible même lors de journées plus fraîches, un vrai plus notamment pour les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement.

une belle maison de famille

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison de famille ; tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances : cuisine bien équipée, terrasse et piscine très sympas ; chambres confortables ; et emplacement parfait ! quand en plus le beau temps est au rendez vous .... les propriétaires sont disponibles et gentils. je recommande !

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten und Pool

Wir hatten zu sechst einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Besonders begeistert haben uns der Pool und der Garten. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Steilküste und Sandstrand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Maison spacieuse, lumineuse et fonctionnelle, beau jardin fleuri et très agréable piscine chauffée et sécurisée (elle est au moins à 29 degrés)... Nous avons profité autant de l’intérieur que de l’extérieur! Bon contact avec les propriétaires, aimables et de bon conseil. Adresse à recommander!

Maison accueillante

Cette maison moderne et confortable est pour nous l'assurance de passer un excellent séjour à Quiberon; L'accueil chaleureux est aussi sympathique et l'on se sent très vite "chez nous"! Attentifs à nos demandes, M et Mme Le Vessier facilitent notre séjour. Nous allons revenir pour la troisième année en famille, avec grands et petits, pour le plus grand bonheur de tous.

Maison agréable dans village calme

Séjour fort agréable grâce à une maison spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. Un jardin et une terrasse où il fait bon prendre l'apéro et manger du barbecue. Maison tout confort : rien de manque en matériel et accessoires. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants : de petits cadeaux vous attendent à votre arrivée. Bref : pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis, le lieu est idéal !
