Looking for a great holiday in Brittany? This small house of 50m2 is ideal for a stay with family or friends. Located near beautiful Breton towns, this small house can accommodate up to 4 people in its 2 bedrooms to discover the region.

Composed of 3 rooms, all on 2 levels, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a main room with dining area and lounge area. It also has many facilities that will guarantee you a comfortable stay:
- washing machine
- Tumble dryer
- Ironing facilities
- vacuum cleaner
- Linen is provided (except towels)
- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
- The table accommodates up to 6 people
- bathroom with shower 160x80, WC

On the terrace there is garden furniture and a barbecue for convivial meals around a grill. 2 sun loungers are also available. A market is held 3 times a week 2 km from the apartment.

We ask that you do a minimum cleaning before your departure even if an end-of-stay cleaning package is mandatory for an amount of 50€.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday only

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, not because we don't like them, but there are people with allergies and for the good of all and that everyone has a good holiday, we no longer accept pets.

Location très bien placée bien aménagée. Bon accueil. Gérant disponibles et tres accueillants

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Logement bien placé près de Dinard et Saint Malo avec beaucoup de commerces. Logement calme, proche des commerces et près des plages en voiture.

Très bon séjour passé dans cette petite maison. Très propre et bien équipé. Accueil agréable et bien organisé.Prix attractif pour un séjour à Dinard. Je recommande. Un peu loin des commerces mais reste raisonnable quand on a un véhicule. 😊

Un séjour chaleureux

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Bretagne. Notre location à Dinard était véritablement le "Home sweet home" que nous espérions... et vraisemblablement, bien plus encore ! Ce fut une expérience inoubliable.

Bon séjour

Logement bien équipé et spacieux, endroit très calme , néammoins proche en voiture d'un centre commercial et bon point de départ pour visiter les régions aux alentours. Loin du centre -ville à pied ce qui privilégie un séjour reposant.

Agréable séjour

Appartement assez grand agréable à vivre (4 personnes) situé en périphérie de Dinard très calme bonne accueil des propriétaires petit panier gourmand renseignements sur la région (visites,plages,chemins de randonnée,prospectus) ,très bon séjour dans l'ensemble à renouveler.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Dinard au sein de cet appartement. L' emplacement est trés calme. Les lits sont correctes et adaptés aux grands. Les plages, commerces et centre ville ne sont pas loin en voiture. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir un espace vert privatif a l'abris des regard, qui nous a permi de jouer avec notre fils de 3 ans, auquel nous ne nous attendions pas ! Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces vacances.

Tres beau duplex ,propre et calme; propriétaire sympathique et avenant .

Maison bien agencé , propriétaire sympathique ; s'il vous manque quelque chose n’hésité pas à aller la voir. Délicate attention à notre arrivé ; quelques gourmandises bretonne. Un joli appartement dans un coin très calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré un temps incertain et frais. L'appartement est bien aménagé, bien décoré, très agréable. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée et les petites gourmandises bretonnes. On ne le voit pas sur les photos mais il y a un petit bout de pelouse avec des chaises longues bien isolé des regards et une terrasse avec une grande table, et on a regretté de ne pas pouvoir plus en profiter. La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise. Dinard est une ville très jolie qui a su garder son charme très particulier, un peu ancien. On a bien aimé la plage de Saint-Enogat, plus accessible que celle de l'écluse, on peut se garer plus facilement dans les multiples petites ruelles aux alentours. Port Blanc est bien aussi mais beaucoup plus petite. La balade sur le chemin côtier est à faire. Saint Malo bien sûr et le Mont Saint Michel mais très tôt le matin c'est mieux, même si de toute façon, il y aura du monde. On se gare sur la côte (beaucoup de parkings, bien organisés et payants), on peut prendre une navette gratuite pour aller jusqu'au Mont, mais vraiment il vaut mieux le faire à pied, c'est tellement beau. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour, de cet appartement et de cette région.

Duplex bien aménagé, au calme, des propriétaires sympathiques, et surtout une très belle région.

Court séjour dans cette région qui est magnifique surtout quand le soleil est au rendez-vous. Location très agréable bien aménagée il ne manque rien. Et surtout au calme. Literie confortable. Location à conseiller et nous y reviendrons. Propriétaires sympathiques. Merci

Location très agréable.

Location très agréable à recommander. Très bien équipée cette location permet de visiter les plus beaux coins de la régions sans pour autant avoir trop de route à faire (Mont St Michel, St Malot, Dinan....etc.). Magnifique région. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances, les enfants étaient très contents. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires et à leur accueil chaleureux. A recommander . Merci encore.

Joli appartement

Appartement coquet, confortable, joliment décoré,calme, propre où tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien, sans oublier le jardin privatif avec terrasse . Après une longue route, nous avons apprécié la gentille attention avec des produits bretons et l'accueil chaleureux des sympathiques propriétaires. La propriétaire prend le temps de nous indiquer les sites à visiter, et selon nos goûts les restos. Les enfants étaient ravis de découvrir leur jolie chambre.... Encore merci pour votre acceuil. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous espérons revenir. N'hésitez pas à choisir cette location !

Location Dinard

Léger bémol, le toilette n'est pas séparé de la salle de bain comme indiqué dans l'annonce et la taxe de séjour est facturée même pour les enfants de moins de 13 ans mais l'accueil très chaleureux et le reste viennent facilement effacer ces bémols. Appartement ou plutôt maisonnette très agréable, au calme, proche de tout! Propre, moderne, spacieux.Jardinet fort sympathique.Brochures à disposition. Idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Je vous remercie de votre sejour chez nous, de votre gentillesse et de la confiance que vous nous avez donné. Il est vrai qu'il y a une erreur sur l'annonce concernant le toilette et je vous remercie de m'en faire la remarque afin que je puisse faire la rectification. En revanche en ce qui concerne la taxe de séjour vous n'avez payé que pour 2 adultes soit 0,90€ x 2= 1,8 x 7 jours = 12,60€. En tout cas nous vous accueillerons avec grand plaisir si vous décidez de revenir sur notre ville.

Location agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour ici avec la famille. La propriétaire est très accueillante. La maison est propre, calme et confortable. Très bien située pour visiter les grands sites tels que St Malo, le mont St Michel, Dinan... La ville de Dinard en elle-même est très sympathique.
