Offering a comfortable stay in the heart of the city with traditional Turkish décor just 150 meters from Taksim Square.

The air-conditioned 70 sqm studio apartment(5th floor with terrace) features with double beds and a single sofa bed, includes satellite TV (international and local channels are available), free Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped kitchen.The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine.

I support Istanbul card for public transportation, drinking water,detergent for washing machine and the dishwasher, soap, for free. Also i am renting Turkish mobile simcard (inclueding 2 gb data connection) for 10 Euros.

I am reachable 24/7.

A selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants can be found in the immediate area, especially surrounding the famous shopping street, Istiklal Avenue. Taksim Square is a cultural meeting point, lively and fun both day and night.

For Ataturk International Airport, Havatas Airport Shuttle Bus is just a 5-minute walk away. Taksim Square offers excellent transport connections (metro, tram, bus) to the historic Sultanahmet District (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace).

This apartment was just perfect for my 2-week stay in Istanbul—walking distance orca quick tram ride to most of the sites, tons of restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive and even had his brother come over to help me with my heavy suitcase—it’s a 5th floor walk-up. The terrace was perfect for lazy mornings and quiet evenings at home. It’s a quirky old place, but had all the modern conveniences.

Lovely stay in Taksim

We loved the locaion of this property. Lots of great food nearby and the patio was our favourite. Great stay! Host was easy to contact and clear with instructions. There is no elevator, for those who may have mobility issues, so it will involve you walking up a few flights of stairs, but this was no issue for us. I recommend this place if youre looking for a jump off point to explore Istanbul :)

The apartment looks exactly like it does in the pictures and everything you could possibly need is provided. A Memorable Stay with an Exceptional Host

My stay at Isic's property in Istanbul was truly exceptional. From the start, Isic's hospitality and warmth made me feel right at home. The property was immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Surprisingly, despite its central location, the apartment was peaceful due to excellent isolation. I highly recommend Isic's property and look forward to returning on my next visit to Istanbul. Comfortable and convenient

My solo 3 week stay in Istanbul was enhanced by Isik’s apartment, where I always felt comfortable and safe. Isik is a wonderful host; friendly, caring and polite, who always replied to questions promptly and clearly, both before my arrival and during my stay. The apartment is furnished as the photos show, and has everything necessary for the preparation of simple meals. The balcony made a lovely place to eat, particularly at sunset. Ideally located on a quiet street on the doorstep of Taksim Square, the apartment offers easy access to both bus and tram routes (as well as many dining options). Many other areas like Kabatas, Karakoy and Cihangir are easily walkable.

Très moyen

Bien que la communication avec le propriétaire ait été facile, cela n’a pas suffit à régler des problèmes vraiment ennuyeux : pas d’eau chaude pendant deux jours, nous avons dû prendre un hôtel, pas de chauffage, et une wifi capricieuse qui ne permettait ni de travailler sur l’ordinateur, ni de regarder un film. Malgré la bonne volonté du propriétaire, ces problèmes n’ont pas pu être réglés, et il a refusé de nous rembourser une partie de l’hébergement. Un geste de sa part aurait été le bienvenu .

Die Wohnung ist in der Nähe vom Taksimplatz supergelegen.Die Dachterasse ist super- man blickt über die Stadt und zur Moschee- man kann super in die Stimmung der Stadt eintauchen, allerdings sollten die Möbel mit denen auf der Abbildung übereinstimmen. Der Vermieter ist total nett und hilfsbereit und die Gallone mit Wasser ist echter Service Die Küche braucht eine kleine Inventur, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden . Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt Harald und Christiane

Lovely flat near Taksim Square

This is an excellent little flat if you want to explore Istanbul. A five minute walk from Taksim square, where you can catch the tram down to see all the sites. Isik is a gracious and generous host. You can’t go wrong with this gem!

endroit central très bien situé, silencieux l'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, la terrasse permet de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur. il faut rappeler que l'appartement se trouve au dernier étage et que l'accès n'est pas très facile. Les marches de l'escalier sont très hautes

Very clean apartment. Easy walk to mass transit hubs and several great places to eat. The apartment is just the right size for a couple or a single traveler. The outside veranda is great for enjoying the evenings.

"Appartement en dernier étage, escalier un peu raide mais l''effort est récompensé. Très proche de la place Taksim, de son animation, de toute sorte de commerces et restaurants et des transports. Malgré cette proximité l''appartement est très au calme et bénéficie d''une grande et agréable terrasse. L''appartement est bien équipé et dispose d''une climatisation efficace. Nous remercions Isik pour la qualité de son accueil, sa gentillesse et le petit cadeau de départ (un CD de musique turque). Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Istanbul et dans cet appartement. "This is a fantastic apartment to rent. I've spent hours on net comparing and this was one of the best in this prize range. Reality was even better than what I expected. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Location is perfect if you also want to go out some. Seperate water was even provided for free and everything in apartment worked(washing machine etc.) It's nice to ahve aplace where it's good to start morning easy as well feel comfortable to return to. The view from balcony is also great. I know this is only positive review but this is how I feel, believe me I can also give negative ones..."

"sehr ruhiges, sauberes und romantisches apartment für 2 personen, die leicht 4 stockwerke steigen können. nähe taksimplatz gelegen, sehr gut zu fuß vom flughafenbus zu erreichen. ganz zentral gelegen. vermieter hat ausreichend trinkwasser im apartment eingelagert, man muss keine flaschen hinauf tragen. er ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. wunderbare aussicht von der terasse mit sonnenuntergang !"
