Lovely, quiet villa

Very nice property, well kept. Good location, but just a little remote from main strip in Rawai. Close to Ban Sai Yun and good restaurants there, but vehicle definitely required.

Villa with pool in Rawai

We've enjoyed our stay in the house. Children like the swimming pool. Host was responsive and accommodated our request in providing a portable cot. Overall the place was nice and located at a quiet location near AQUA resort.

EXTÉRIEUR DE LA MAISON ET PISCINE TRÈS DÉCEVANT

J'ai été extrêmement déçu par l'extérieur de la maison de Kevin à Rawai. L'ensemble du contour de la maison était sale et négligé, avec un barbecue dans un état déplorable, couvert de saleté et de rouille. Les transats étaient également rouillés et cassés, ce qui les rendait inutilisables. De plus, le filet au-dessus de la piscine était complètement arraché, ce qui ne donnait pas une bonne impression visuelle. Un autre point négatif était le cache-vue vert peu esthétique qui était orienté vers un immeuble adjacent à la maison. Au lieu de bénéficier de la vue sur l'océan qui était annoncée dans l'annonce, nous nous retrouvions face à un mur et à un immeuble, ce qui était extrêmement décevant. De plus, l'avant de la maison était entouré de poubelles du quartier, ce qui entraînait des odeurs désagréables. Dans l'ensemble, je déconseille fortement cette location en raison de l'aspect visuel peu attrayant de l'extérieur de la maison et des fausses informations fournies dans l'annonce. Le propriétaire est genial il.nous a réservé des scooters et nous a amené chez le loueur le jour de notre arrivée La.maison.est tres propre et bien équipé Prevoir des pastilles de lave vaisselle car on en trouve pas la bas le propriétaire nous en a donné. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

belle maison et très bon accueil

la maison est très bien agencée et bien équipée, la piscine nettoyée deux fois par semaine avec soin, le ménage est fait aussi avec le même soin - le propriétaire était là pour nous accueillir, sinon c'est la voisine qui est très serviable également - le moindre problème, vous le soumettez et on vous aide de suite - il faut être motorisé (scooter ou voiture) pour aller à la plage "baignade"- pour les courses, tout à proximité, nourriture Thailandaise ou européenne

A great Stay In Phuket

This is a 2 bedroom house with a great pool. The house has everything you could want. It is in a quite neighbor hood. A nice pool to swim in. Close to nice beaches, we had a great stay here.

Je recommande

Maison avec piscine sans vis a vis top , voisine qui gère la maintenance est super sympa et disponible. Le propriétaire est en France mais également très disponible et à l’écoute. Le seul bémol de cette villa c’est la localisation; un peu loin du centre, plages et restaurants . Car la villa est proche de la mer mais ce n’est pas une plage , c’est uniquement pour les bateaux et pêcheurs. Un scooter est obligatoire. Mais il y a tout de même une supérette à côté ce qui est très pratique . Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits de nos vacances, nous recommandons sans hésitation!!!

Excellent séjour !!

Belle villa dans un quartier calme, véritable quartier local très proche d'une plage de pêcheurs. La villa ainsi que sa piscine est excellente avec aucun vis a vis. Il y a juste un immeuble sur le côté mais qui n'est pas habité et peu de visibilité. Tout est opérationnel dans la villa. Accueil chaleureux et disponible. Si vous rencontrez un problème au niveau de l'adresse il est préférable de mentionner l'adresse de l'hôtel "Aqua resort hôtel" où sa pancarte est visible au bord de la route et situé dans la même rue que la villa. Conclusion, très bon séjour passé !

Das Haus ist sehr geeignet für ein paar Tage. Groß genug und sauber. Pool wird zwei mal wöchentlich gepflegt. Leider waren die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen. Und die Lage ist sehr speziell zwischen 2 Moscheen. Der Muezzin nimmt keine Rücksicht und verkündet seine Botschaft bereits um 5 Uhr früh per Lautsprecher .

Området - er absolut ikke seværdigt. Find noget andet.

Det anføres at huset ligger 80 meter fra stranden. Afstanden er nok 3 gange så lang - men værst af alt - det er bestemt ikke en strand nogen ville bade fra, og ingen gjorde det. Der er høj beskidt og det flyder med affald. Det kræver man kører 10-12 km, for at komme til en anvendelig badestrand - Kata beach eller Karon beach. Udlejer er meget svær at kommunikere med, og bliver sur hvis man stiller spørgsmål om hvad der er i huset. Han skrev direkte at nu var han ved at blive gal, når vi spurgte til disse forhold inden ferien. Ubehøvlet. Selve huset er OK, om end indrettet meget spartansk. Området indbyder ikke til at man om aftenen går ture og besøger egentlige restauranter - der er absolut ingen steder indenfor gåafstand man ville kunne hygge sig med spisning - der skal man køre 5-6 km til Rawai, hvor der er dejlige fiskerestauranter. Stedet kan absolut ikke anbefales. Udlejer påstår at der aldrig har været klager over stedet, det kan simpelthen ikke passe.

Die Ausstattung ist verschlissen

Der Transfer vom Flughafen hat leider erst nach mehreren Telefonaten funktioniert. Die Möblierung ist leider sehr verschlissen. Am Pool fehlen die Sonnenschirme, der Wäschständer ist vollkommen verrostet. Die Elektrogeräte sind teils nicht mehr zu verwenden. Im Haus sind mehrere Glühlampen defekt, was gerade im Badezimmer sehr ärgerlich ist. Leider hat auch die Poolbeleuchtung einige Tage nicht funktioniert, nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen bei der Haus-Betreuerin kam nach drei Tagen dann endlich ein Elektriker und hat die Poolbeleuchtung repariert. Jeden Tag findet mehrmals die Anrufung der Gläubigen statt, von den in der Nachbarschaft liegenenden Moscheen.

encore un magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé 4 semaines extraordinaires comme à chaque fois, la maison est impeccable il ne manque rien, tout le monde est au petit soin et l'endroit est très calme tout en étant proche des commerces et des plages, beaucoup de petits restaurants se sont ouverts à coté on y mange très bien pour pas grand chose...Encore merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances et surement a l' année prochaine!!!!!! Cette villa entièrement refaite à neuf et qui possède toutes les commodités nous as permis de passer un super séjour en Thaïlande. Villa parfaite

Je vous la conseil vivement Pour les sejours entre amis ou en familles avec ou sans enfants. Tout le confort y est Il y a la villa kevin juste a côté où on a aussi séjourné, c'est super si deux groupes voyage ensemble par exemple il peuvent avoir chacun leur maison tout en restant côte à côte. Les deux sont au top en tous cas. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Merci à Mr Vu pour l'organisation du transfert et de la location de voiture.

wir waren ja schon zum 2ten mal in diesem schoenen haus,die lage ist sehr angenehm und wir haben uns heimisch gefuehlt,wir hatten alles was wir brauchten,die lage war sehr schoen um phuket komplett zu erkunden,die 4 wochns waren viel zu schnell zu ende,sollten wir nochmal in den naechsten jahrennach phuket reisen werden wir das haus bestimmt nochmal buchen beate und klaus hoffmann aus deuschland

Super séjour en thallande dans une villa magnifique

Cette villa, qui vient d'être entièrement repeinte, bénéficie de toutes le confort et commodités nécessaires. De plus, durant mon séjour, la villa était entretenue régulièrement : extérieurs, intérieurs et piscine. Elle est extrêment bien située à RAWAI. Et tout ceci pour un prix de Location modique Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement cette location et dépêchez vous, car elle est trés demandée.

Villa conforme au descriptif, au calme, commerces à proximité, au "pire" 15 mn à pied. Scooter obligatoire pour les sorties et visites. Un petit bémol, lors de notre départ, la voisine n'était pas présente, on avait prévu une petite enveloppe pour la remercier...résultat des courses c'est le taxi qui en a bénéficié... ps: mobilier extérieur à revoir... bien vécu....
