This apartment is in a very quiet complex. The pool and outside areas are kept very clean and well maintained. Inside the apartment offers eveything you need for a self catering holiday. The balcony gets the sun all day. Its close to the Spar which is about a 2 min walk away and about 5 mins walk down to the beach. Parking was right outside the main gate. The pool was never busy but note it doesnt have a shallow end.All round a great apartment and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous stay

Javier's apartment was spotlessly clean and contained everything you could possibly need whilst staying there. Decor a little dated would be the only small criticism.The complex was tidy and peaceful with a nice pool. Situated a 5 minute walk from the seafront and 2 minutes away from a couple of bars and supermarkets. Javier kept in regular contact to see if everything was ok.Would we stay again? Certainly.

Javier's apartment has everything you could ever need. It was spotlessly clean, large shower area, an amazing balcony, perfect location. The complex has a fantastic deep swimming pool, which is very peaceful and refreshing. Communication with the owner, Javier, was outstanding, never experienced better. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone!!

Fantastic Apartment in a central location

The property had everything we needed, 1 bedroom but beds for up to 5 people. Fantastic location less than 5 minutes walk to the seafront in PCD in the hear of the resort, . lovely apartment in a quiet yet central location with all the essentials, and the communication with the property owner was out of this world - Thanks Javier!! If you are looking for accommodation without all the bells and whistles in a central location at an excellent price you cannot go wrong with this apartment. We will be staying there again soon!!

A little gem

A little dated but had almost everything you needed and somethings you had not thought of. A full length mirror is needed ...its a women thing... Location ok, short walk down to front . Supermarket close by. Pool is deep no shallow end. But enough sunbeds for all,not overly busyl.

We went to see the property on a previous holiday and met the owner and his lovley family the property is older and typically Spanish style and not modern but it suited us perfectly there were many amenities and the complex was lovley and clean I appreciated the washing machine and extras in the kitchen and cleaning supplies

Aufenthalt-Urlaub vom 07.09.2023 - 25.09.2023 Der gesamte Aufenthalt und die Abwicklung war von Anfang bis Ende sehr angenehm und problemlos. Hinzu kommt, dass der Vermieter/Eigentümer Javier sehr zuverlässig und aufmerksam war, eine unaufdringliche, aber wenn notwendig oder aus seiner Sicht sinnvoll immer eine schnelle Kommunikation per Whatsapp mit mir pflegte. Es gibt aus meiner Sicht nichts zu beanstanden. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Super helpful owner!

I made the booking in 2019, with a 'No refund' policy. Then the pandemic started, and Javier allowed me to reschedule 3 times due to cancelled flights, even offering me a refund. He always replied quickly when I contacted him, and I'd have no problems about dealing with him again. The apartment had everything we needed, with an well equipped kitchen. It's in a great location, and while you can hear a little bit of street noise, it was always quite at nighttime.

Un petit paradis

Nous étions un couple avec 3 enfants. L'appartement, conforme à l'annonce, est très bien situé, ni trop près (évitant trop de bruits), ni trop loin de la mer (accessible à pied). Il se situe dans une charmante résidence sécurisée de plusieurs locations bien agencées entre elles, avec une chouette piscine. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement et facilement aux abords. L'appartement en lui-même a été au dessus de nos attentes. Il est de loin le meilleur où nous avons séjourné. Extrêmement bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit confortable. Il est spacieux et on s'y sent bien. Niveau propreté au top. Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de disponible, avenant et qui fait tout pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux (conseils, indications sur l'île...). Puerto del Carmen est le lieu idéal pour séjourner à Lanzarote, d'autant plus si c'est dans cet appartement. Encore merci au propriétaire. :)

Ottima sistemazione

Appartamento al 1' piano con terrazzino, una camera da letto, soggiorno con angolo cottura e bagno finestrato (con vasca), luminoso, pulito e ben accessoriato con tutto il necessario, situato in una zona tranquilla all’ interno di un residence ben tenuto con piscina e wi-fi gratis nelle zone in comune, parcheggio libero in strada, strada molto tranquilla. Vicinissimo a 3 supermercati e al lungo mare con ristoranti e negozi di ogni genere. Bella la spiaggia di sabbia, sorvegliata, in parte libera e in parte attrezzata con ombrelloni e sdrai. Comodo come punto di partenza per girare l'isola. Il proprietario non parla italiano ma siamo riusciti a comunicare tramite WhatsApp grazie al traduttore. Di solito non ritorno mai nei posti già visti ma se dovessi farlo ci tornerei.

Bellissima vacanza a Lanzarote

Appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, tenuto bene, non manca proprio niente, inoltre ha un bel terrazzino, sotto e vicino allo stabile ci sono supermercati, negozi, farmacie, ristoranti di tutto e di più. Una bella piscina soleggiata e silenziosa. In un attimo si arriva alla spiaggia centrale, pulita e tenuta sotto controllo dalla polizia locale. A noi l’appartamento è piaciuto tantissimo e certamente ritorneremo. Ringraziamo ancora il proprietario per la sua disponibilità. Buone vacanze a tutti. Cordialità

el apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones, limpio y acogedor, y con todo lo necesario (toallas, mantas y utensilios de cocina) y piscina. La zona en la que tiene todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar (incluyendo muchos coches sin necesidad de una tarjeta de crédito). Recomendado para todo aquel que quiera pasar unas buenas vacaciones en la naturaleza lanzarote, teniendo a tiro de piedra de todos los servicios necesarios.

Buen alojamiento, mejor propietario.

El apartamento estaba muy bien, es el típico apartamento de playa de la zona, con una habitación con dos camas y un salón en el que el sofá se convierte en otras dos camas. Estaba arregladito y limpio aunque es muy sencillo, y lo mejor es que hay toallas, colchas, vasos, sartén y cazuela, esterillas... y todo eso ya no te lo tienes que llevar. Está cerca de la playa y de un supermercado. Hay una pequeña piscina justo debajo. La verdad es que estuvimos muy cómodos y estamos muy contentos. La única pega que le veo es que no hay tele en la habitación y cuando los que duermen en el comedor se quieren acostar los que están en la habitación se quedan sin nada.

"I would certainly recommend this apartment at Las Acacias to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful family holiday. The place was always clean, tidy and everyone in the complex was pleasant. From leaving the gates of the complex it was no longer than a 3-4 min walk to the main strip and sea front. I will certainly be returning with my family next year"
