LA BOURBOULE beautiful region of Auvergne city of 2100 inhabitants in the Sancy massif in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes. Altitude 850 meters; it is renowned for its hydrotherapy, it has good infrastructure for a pleasant holiday, in the volcano park near the Puy de Sancy, renowned for its cross-country skiing for its walks and its many lakes, it is a superb region where you will find a mini golf course an indoor swimming pool a magnificent 12-hectare leisure park, a horse riding center, an ideal starting point for many excursions, in winter free shuttle nearby for Sancy. Rental near the city center and all amenities.

L'annonce écrit 2 chambres c'est FAUX il n'y a qu'une chambre, aucune porte ne ferme , la salle de bain est complètement moisie et qui fuit de partout, le parquet craque, il faut enjamber les toilettes pour accéder à la douche. Encore une foi à éviter

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Mme Le Pennec. Son appartement est très bien situé, à 5minutes à pied du centre de la Bourboule, et quelques pas du parc Fenestre, très agreable

Appartement conforme aux photos. Les literies sont confortables. Très bien situé par rapport au centre ville et près d'un très beau parc idéal enfants et pique-nique. Séjour parfait dans cette belle région.

Si vous avez besoin de calme,je vous recommande cet location.L accueil est sympathique,chaleureux.Tres proche du centre ville et disposant d un grand parking ,il n y a aucun probleme pour y acceder (cela est appreciable ).La presence du parc a proximite vous permet une ballade calme et agreable .L appartement est, lui aussi , calme et tres propre.Je ne vous parle pas de la region, vous la decouvrirez vous meme avec beaucoup de plaisir !! Bref, entierement satisfait...n hesitez pas!! Pierre B

Si vous recherchez un sejour agreable et reposant,je vous conseille cette location. Vous y serez accueilli avec sympathie ...La proximite du centre ville et le grand parking, juste en face, donne une facilite bien utile...L appartement est ,lui aussi, agreable et tres propre.. Je ne parle pas de la region que vous decouvrirez par vous meme !!!Pour la seconde fois j ai ete tres satisfait !! P B

Séjour très agréable

Cela fait plusieurs années que je passe de vacances d'hiver comme été à la villa lauradelle ou j'ai pu apprécier les prestations de l'appartement ainsi que la situation proche du centre ville et en face du superbe parc de jeux de la Bourboule. Proximité de la navette pour les piste de ski pour le Sancy ou autres. Accueil très chaleureux avec la propriétaire je vous recommande donc cette locations.

Séjour très agréable

allant depuis plusieurs années à la villalauradelle à proximité du centre ville et de la navette pour les pistes de ski. Appartement très propre et l'acceuil avec la propriétaire c'est super bien passer. Les appartements sont faces au très grand et beau parc de jeux pour les enfants. Je recommande vraiment cette location.

Très déçu par l'appartement

Nous avons été très déçu par l'appartement (1er étage droite) et les prestations en général : accueil déplorable, appartement vétuste et vieillot, mal équipé(aspirateur indigne de son nom, table et chaises de cuisine d'une autre génération, couverts à minima), literie inconfortable, WC qui fuit, impossible d'ouvrir les volets et la fenêtre de la chambre, réfrigérateur sale à notre arrivée ... Points positifs emplacement très proche du parc fenestre (20 m) et du centre ville (400 m) Lave vaisselle Aucune des photos ne présente cet appartement là. En conclusion : le prix de la location est très élevé pour les prestations données. Mérite une étoile uniquement pour l'emplacement Nous ne recommandons donc pas du tout cette location.

super séjour, belle appartement, très agréable, propre et bien équipé idéal pour une famille, des personnes agées ou entre amis... je le recommande, sa position géographique permet de se rendre facilement au site touristique ( chastreix, tour d'auvergne, charlanne.....) l'appartement est très bien situé à la bourboule, près du centre ville, casino, thème, office du tourisme, le parc juste en face et une fromagerie juste à coté, ect... Que dire d'autre à part que JE REVIENDRAIS!!!!!
