Hoher Erholungswert

Bei tollem Ausblick und sehr schöner Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sonnenaufgang über den Meer direkt vor dem Fenster. Beim Schnorcheln am Strand von Canneto tolle Fische gesehen.

Ottima soluzione , a due passi dal mare in una località tranquilla ma con tutto ciò che serve. Da rifare.

Una vacanza indimenticabile

Villa Agrumeto è stata una piacevole scoperta. Situata in una posizione molto piacevole e rilassante dove tutto è ben curato. Le stanze sono accoglienti, pulite ed accurate nei minimi particolari e ci si trova subito a proprio agio. Non da ultimo la gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Patrizia che ha reso il ns soggiorno molto apprezzato. Patrizio Cerrone

Hübsche Wohnung in schönem Garten

Wir verbrachten 2 Nächte in der funktionell eingerichteten Wohnung. Der Außensitzplatz ist sehr schön gestaltet, allerdings gibt es ein Mückenproblem. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nachbargäste waren leider abends (im Außenbereich) sowie nachts (schnarchend) sehr gut zu hören.... Ansonsten aber alles bestens, vielen Dank.

Appartamento carinissimo!

Zona tranquilla. A due passi dalla spiaggia di canneto. L'appartamento e' dotato di ogni confort e curato in ogni dettaglio. La proprietaria, Patrizia, gentile e sempre cordiale. Da consigliare!

Un emplacement Top!

Il fait bon vivre à Canneto! L'emplacement de cette location au coeur du village permet d'être à proximité de tous les petits plus essentiels pour passer des vacances comme nous les aimons et ce, sans utiliser la voiture. Front de mer, petits commerces, supermarché et bars restaurants à moins de 2 minutes à pied! L'endroit est propre, au calme et facile d'accès.Et non loin de Lipari (moins de 5 minutes en voiture). Et en plus Patricia est sympa! Merci! Superbe séjour!

Très joli gîte sur LIPARI

Très bon accueil de Patricia, la gérante du gîte. Gîte situé à Canneto à qq km de Lipari ville, une voiture peut être utile sinon, le service de bus est assez bon pour aller à Lipari. Sinon, sur place, tous les commerces nécessaires (supermarché, boulangerie, boucherie, tabac/presse, vendeur ambulant, glacier, qq restos ). Au calme et dans un jardin très agréable avec vue sur la mer, nous avons passé un très bon début de séjour sur les iles éoliennes. La piscine hors sol venait d'ouvrir, trop fraîche en avril pour se baigner mais la présence de chaises longues et hamac est très confortable pour se reposer. Très bon accès au wifi. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement sur Lipari, qui est plus est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Piccola oasi a due passi dalle spiagge di Canneto...

Struttura in ottime condizioni,buoni gli spazi sia interni che esterni.A due passi dalle spiagge di Canneto.Massima disponibilità da parte di Patrizia,di sua figlia e del fratello che saluto affettuosamente. Consiglio caldamente villa agrumeto a famiglie e coppie che desiderino una vacanza rilassante,ma anche a giovani in cerca di "movida" in quanto un efficiente servizio di mini bus attivo fino all'alba ti permette in 10 minuti di raggiungere Lipari...dove i locali non mancano. ....insomma:spero di poterci tornare ancora!!!

Un piacevole soggiorno

Abbiamo passato dei giorni tranquilli a Villa Agrumeto. L'appartamento è ben attrezzato e offre una bella vista sul mare. Si può leggere sul terrazzo nelle ore più calde o rinfrescarsi nella piccola piscina. Patrizia è sempre disponibile per risolvere un problema, consigliare un ristorante o prenotare un'escursione verso le altre isole. Canneto è a poca distanza da Lipari, ben servita dal servizio di autobus. Si possono noleggiare scooter per visitare l"isola, e ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie. In dieci minuti a piedi o con una barca taxi si raggiungono piccole spiagge di ciottoli più tranquille.

Great place!

We have been in the apartment for almost two weeks in october and it was great. The apartment is situated in the center of Canneto (about 4 km from Lipari), in a very quite position. It is very nicely decorated and has a wonderful patio in front of a marvellous garden. We very much liked the fact that we could do many things outside (not only eating but also preparing a barbecue and doing the washing up). Even in october you you can find open bars, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets in canneto. This makes it an ideal place to spend the holiday and get in touch with the locals. Patrizia was extremely kind and very helpful. We will definively come back!

Des choses à revoir et plus de services à donner.

Réservé en 01/2015 et première nuit logé ailleurs ! Couple d' Allemands à côté aussi ! Sans nouvelles de sa part de 01/2015 à 08/2015 malgré téléphone et mails ? Internet: 4 jours sans + 2 jours sans TV + 3 coupures de courant . Poêle et casseroles hors d'usage . Chaque demande donnait l'impression de la déranger . Aucune aide spontanée de sa part. Par contre, tarif correct + beau jardin + proximité commerces + localité agréable .

Lovely appartment w. sea view & very well situated

The appartment is one of the most beautiful appartments we've ever been. It is well situated (a few minutes to the sea, to the supermarket, to a car rental or to the bakery), the owner is very friendly and helpful, although her English is not the best (but it was no problem to get a lot of information, i.e. to book a tour to Stromboli Island or to get to know where you can find the next supermarket). She also provided the current bus schedule and helps whereever she can. While sitting on the terrace you have a beautiful view at the sea. We were also very lucky to have a very friendly neighbour which is an important fact to mention as there are two appartments side by side. The pool is a nice to have (we haven't used it), but is a small one, probably for kids and not for swimming ;-) We (young couple) can highly recommend this appartment!

Tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza perfetta!!!

Bilocale immerso in un giardino con piscina,patio con barbecue in muratura,a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di canneto.. Insomma la vacanza perfetta!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La disponibilità e cordialità della Sign.ra Patrizia ci rimarrà per sempre nel cuore.Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Appartamento caratteristico a poca distanza dal mare, soggiorno trascorso con due bambini di 9 e 5 anni. Escursioni prenotabili tramite la Sig.ra Patrizia con buoni sconti applicati, presenza di una piccola piscina per un po di relax dopo il mare. Ottimo servizio navetta bus da e per lipari centro (ad Agosto sempre attiva). Consigliata

"Nous avons passé un exce...

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison moderne et très propre à Canneto. L'accès au front de mer est très proche, la vue est magnifique sur la mer. Supermercato à côté, rien ne manque. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire, qui est venue nous chercher en voiture au port de Lipari malgré une arrivée très tardive. A recommander !"

"Maison bien situé, propr...

"Maison bien situé, propre, calme. Un soucis à notre arrivée la maison n'étais pas disponible et la propriétaire nous a loger une nuit à l'hotel. nous avons pris la location avec 24 heures de retard. ns avons donc eu des frais suppléméntaires (restaurants), et nous n'avions pas de confort pour cette journée qui a été un peu gaché. La propriétaire ne nous a fait aucune remise sur le prix."
