L'appartement étais bien dans son ensemble. Sauf qu'il n'y avait même pas les produits de base essentiels Tel que: papier de toilette, essuie-tout, sel et poivre, etc. De plus, l'emplacement est très bruyant: chiens qui ne cessent d'aboyer, voitures et motocyclettes. Je n'y reviendrais pas.

Une semaine tranquille en Martinique

La propriété a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Mr Dol est super gentil, disponible et très discret. La géolocalisation ne permet pas vraiment de trouver la propriété, il faudrait mettre des panneaux indicatifs menant à la Villa Paula. C'est très difficile à trouver du 1er coup. À part cela, je recommande chaleureusement cette propriété. J'y reviendrai n'importe quand.

Bonjour, nous avons passé huit jours dans ce logement, nous avons apprécié la clarté de celui-ci, sa situation géographique, son volume, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux de notre hôte, qui a également su rester tout à fait discret. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Cependant, je ferai une remarque, étant habitué de ce type de location, le ménage était à revoir… la salle de bain mériterait également un rafraîchissement. Nous vous conseillons ce logement et son propriétaire À bientôt

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans ce très bel appartement bien tenu qui dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. La vue de la terrasse sur les collines verdoyante est magnifique, ainsi que sur le jardin pourvues en fleurs multicolores qui attiraient de jolis colibris Vue mer depuis la cuisine; Le plus, le marchand de glace artisanal en sortie du lotissement est à tomber, notamment la glace coco... Accueil agréable de la part du propriétaire toujours prêt à rendre service. Location propre et bien aérée par les vents de la cote ouest de l'île avec parking privé à l'intérieur de la villa. Manque en nombre un peu d’ustensile de vaisselle pour cinq personnes. Pas de lave linge ni de lave vaisselle. Climatisation et moustiquaire dans les deux chambres. Bien situé pour visiter tout le nord et la cote ouest.

Très bel appartement bien tenu et fonctionnel

Appartement spacieux à l'étage, bien tenu, avec 2 chambres confortables, une grande cuisine bien équipée et un vaste salon-salle à manger très lumineux. On aperçoit l'océan depuis la cuisine et on déjeune sur un grand balcon face à la montagne. Le stationnement est possible dans la cour. Situé dans un quartier très calme la maison est habitée au rez de chaussée par Monsieur DOL, propriétaire discret, sympathique et disponible.

freundliche große und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft

-sehr netter Vermieter, der im UG wohnt (man hört nichts und wird auch nicht genervt - Privatsphäre ist garantiert) -riesiger frischer Blumenstrauß bei der Ankunft (jedoch ist die Unterkunft nicht ganz leicht zu finden) -tolle Aussicht auf die Berge vom Balkon -zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer - sehr große Küche mit allem Zubehör (außer Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine) -Klimaanlage nur in einem Schlafzimmer -Badezimmer und WC sind getrennt (schon etwas älter aber noch OK) -gute Lage auf der Insel da man von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten nie länger als 100 Autominuten entfernt ist -großer Supermarkt 8 Gehminuten entfernt -ca. 20-30 Autominuten bis zu den nächsten guten Stränden Wir (Pärchen Anfang 40 haben uns für eine Woche dort sehr wohl gefühlt) Martinique Karten und Reiseführer siehe bei eBay Kleinanzeigen Region Hamburg
