New years vacation

We had a great and quiet new years stay at Emmanuels place. We really enjoyed the calm neighbourhood, it was easy to reach and there is lots to do around. It's a 20 min drive to the next ski resort and around 10 min to the supermarket. We would defiantly consider coming back!

La maison était parfaite pour nous. Son emplacement est idéal pour explorer la région. Le quartier est très calme. La maison offre une jolie vue à l'arrière et nous avons apprécié les matins et les dîners tranquilles sur la terrasse. Les lits sont très confortables. La cuisine est bien équipée et les salles de bain sont spacieuses. La maison est impeccable.Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement à ma réservation et à mes messages. Il était très aimable et accueillant !Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Bon séjour à la montagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, notre hôte qui a su être réactif quand nous en avions besoin. Le chalet est idéalement placé proche de différentes stations.

Très agréable

Très propre, hôte très agréable et prévenant, extérieur magnifique. Animaux acceptés !Seul petit bémol : le logement est prévu pour 8 mais il vaut mieux le louer pour 6 ou alors faire dormir des enfants dans le séjour, car il n’y a pas de WC à l’étage.

Geweldig

We zijn een week met ons gezin en de hond in dit prachtige huis geweest en het was geweldig. Alles is aanwezig in het huis. De tuin is pachtig en wat een uitzich en rust. We hebben genoten en komen vast nog eens terug. We raden dit huis absoluut aan!

Très bonne situation !

L'emplacement est parfait...au calme...à 15 minutes de voiture de la station Sommand pour skier. Il est assez grand pour 6 personnes. On regrette juste un petit manque d'intimité pour la chambre d'en bas car il n'y a pas de porte. Il n'est d'ailleurs pas très insonorisé. Ce n'est pas un problème si vous êtes une famille de 6 personnes. Mais si vous allez à trois couples d'amis ça peut en être un ;o) Il manque aussi un peu de vaisselle...très limite pour les verres et couverts. Pour le reste nous avons passé un très bon séjours et le propriétaire est très sympa !

Chouette chalet bien situé

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce chalet bien équipé. Proche de restaurants, grandes surfaces, d'endroits à visiter :le vieux Annecy et son lac , lac Leman, Yvoire, mont Blanc, Chamonix,... Propriétaire sympa.

Chalet idéalement situé

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacance avec le temps qui était de la partie. Le chalet est idéalement situé à moins d'une heure des principaux sites (Chamonix - Léman - Sixt Fer à cheval - Annecy ...) La vallée dans lequel il se trouve est très jolie et calme, il est de plus très bien équipé. Le propriétaire que nous n'avons eu que par téléphone est resté disponible et à notre écoute. Bref vous pouvez réserver sans soucis.

Sehr hochwertig und neue Ausstattung. Riesengroße Wiese direkt hinterm Haus. Der Abstieg zu einem Doppelbett ist Nix für Warmduscher aber man ist ja auch in den Alpen.

Charmant chalet, bien équipé dans une magnifique vallée que nous ne connaissions pas. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille et auront plaisir à y revenir!

Relaxed stay in inviting Chalet

Nice, well equipped and proper chalet on holiday park. Beautiful garden and sitting area, quiet, also nice for our dog. The use of the tennis court was pleasant. Location central to many activities in the surrounding woods, Geneva and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Nice and very helpful landlord. Master bedroom only accessible through narrow stairs. Bed with electric head- and feetlifter on the first floor. Bedsheets option would have been good. We liked our stay very much and would come again in autumn sometime.

Un petit cocon familial pour des vacances au calme

Niché dans une petite vallée au coeur de Ley, ce grand chalet familial a su combler les coeurs. Il apporte une ambiance chaleureuse mais aussi calme. La maison comporte un extérieur et, plus loin, un champ dans lequel vaches et chevreuils sont de la partie le soir. La cuisine toute équipée et le salon spacieux offrent un agréable espace de vie pour toute la famille. Nous avons bien profité de ce joli chalet et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
