Mitten im Zentrum und die Natur nicht weit

Es ist nicht leicht, eine Ferienwohnung zu finden, die mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht zu erreichen ist (z. B. von Mailand, Pisa und Rom mit Direktverbindungen per Zug) - und gleichzeitig die Natur vor der Haustüre hat. Hier ist beides möglich und das hat uns schon im Vorfeld begeistert. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein sehr angenehmes Raumgefühl und ist äußerst gepflegt. Leise ist es nicht, weil direkt vor der Türe fröhliche Restaurants usw. sind - aber dafür hat man die gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ohne Auto und kann die Restaurants auch selbst nutzen, wenn man möchte. Auch mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich die Umgebung toll erkunden. Das Vermieterehepaar ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. In diesem erfreulichen Gesamtpaket können wir die Wohnung voll empfehlen.

Una "situazione" perfetta!

Vacanza decisa all'ultimo e riuscita perfettamente! Già perché la casa é bella come la si vede dalle esplicite foto, anzi di più perché dentro si sente il calore dell'arredamento curato in maniera squisita in ogni dettaglio e completa di ogni accessorio... quasi ti senti a casa tua...nella casa del mare però.... Perché ti affacci alla finestra e sei nel pieno centro di Orbetello, dove tra le colazioni del mattino, le cene della sera e il passeggio delle persone, si percepisce proprio la vacanza!!! Il tutto senza mai sentire caos... Dal piacere della casa si passa al piacere di verificare di trovarsi esattamente a metà dalle varie escursioni, da una parte la Feniglia, Porto Ercole e le sue spiagge, dall'altra la Giannella, Porto Santo Stefano e tutte le sue spiagge e da entrambe le parti a meno di 10 minuti di auto le prime tappe!!! Se scopri che l'Argentario é davvero bello... Tutto diventa perfetto! Ho solo un appunto da fare sul divano letto, come mi aveva già precisato prima della prenotazione, la Signora Gabriella, proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima, dove il materasso é effettivamente per bambini, non per le dimensioni che sono perfette anche per adulti, ma per il peso...che se decidesse di cambiarlo...diventerebbe perfetto anche "lui"😉😊 Casa consigliatissima!!!

Schönes Quartier im Stadtzentrum mit viel Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Orbetello. Das Leben findet direkt vor dem Fenster statt, daher ist es manchmal etwas laut, aber einfach auch sehr authentisch (nicht wie in einer abgelegenen Ferienanlage). Das Schlafzimmer geht außerdem nach hinten raus und ist ruhiger. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Touren ist der Ort hervorragend geeignet. Gabriella und ihr Sohn haben uns freundlich empfangen, uns alles gezeigt und (Corona...) sich ganz lieb nach unserer sicheren Heimreise erkundigt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Läden, Strand, Natur, Bars, öffentlicher Nahverkehr - alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Zentral gelegene und komfortable Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich Mitte in der Altstadt von Orbetello, Restaurants, Bars und diverse Geschäfte, auch Lebensmittelläden sind in der Nähe. Die gemütliche Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Das Schlafzimmer liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ist somit sehr ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der Vermieterin. Ein Fahrrad wurde mir zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein absoluter Tipp für Ferien oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

La casa ha superato le nostre aspettative, l'ubicazione in pieno centro e comodissima e allo stesso tempo silenziosa perché la camera da letto è situata dell'altra parte. La spiaggia e raggiungibile in macchina in cinque minuti. Dettaglio carinissimo della signora Gabriella di averci fatto trovare un minipimer (oltretutto nuovo) per potere preparare le pappette alla mia figliola. Posso solo dire che è stato un soggiorno da ripetere assolutamente.

Ottimo appartamento funzionale

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole in un contesto molto bello. L'appartamento rispecchiava perfettamente quello dell'annuncio. La Signora è stata veramente disponibile con tanto di itinerari scritti presenti nell'appartamento. La spiaggia più vicina è facilmente disponibile a pochi chilometri in auto o in bicicletta

L'appartamento è davvero molto curato, si trova nel corso di Orbetello a pochi passi dal parcheggio, ma nonostante la zona centrale risulta essere molto silenzioso. L'attrezzatura da cucina è completa, non manca nulla. La proprietaria è stata davvero disponibile e gentile

"L''appartamento e'' collocato in una posizione comodissima: nel corso di Orbetello, ma vicino al grande parcheggio della Laguna di Ponente (parcheggio a pagamento ma economicissimo). La casa e'' bella e confortevole. La camera da letto e'' silenziosa e sufficientemente ampia da ospitare un lettino da campeggio (abbiamo un bambino di 2 anni). Consiglio solo ai futuri ospiti di portare la biancheria da bagno da casa: per 15 giorni c''erano solo pochi asciugamani piccoli e abbiamo dovuto comprarne di nuovi per la doccia. A paret questo dettaglio, consiglio senz''altro la casa."

"The appartment is locate...

"The appartment is located right in the middle of the main street of Grosseto and is more than large enough for two people with the option of accomodating an additional two people on a sofa-bed in the living room. The main bedroom is at the rear of the property and well away from any street noise (although street noise wasn't a problem). There is a good selection of shops, restauants and bars all within walking distance. Grosseto is a lovely location and if you visit there, then this appartment comes highly recommended for your accomodation."

"Appartamento davvero grazioso e ristrutturato con gusto nel pieno centro di Orbetello, ma con apia possibilità di parcheggio a non più di 100 m di distanza. Pur trovandosi ad un primo piano, gli ottomi serramenti e la camera da letto verso il cortile immergono gli ospiti in un silenzio praticamente assoluto. Da sottolineare la presenza del condizionatore doppio (sala e camera da letto), davvero indispensabile nelle giornate/nottate più calde. Ottima posizione ed appartamento, e gran cortesia da parte della padrona di casa: ci ritorneremmo volentieri. "
