A. Very nice, warm and hospitable place to spend some quiet time. The pool was lovely.

Had a fantastic time, really nice villa with plenty of space. Pool was lovely, family were very kind. Dogs were very friendly, wanted to take Toby home with us. Can't really say anything bad about it, we will be returning. 😃

Einfach schön!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Umbrien. Das etwas abgelegene Domizil entspricht den Bildern und bietet durch den tollen Pool und die großzügige Anlage viele Möglichkeiten zur Entspannung. Die Vermieter haben uns toll aufgenommen und uns mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge etc weitergeholfen. Man hat Privatsphäre und vom Balkon aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Danke an die Familie Carletti für die schönen 2 Wochen :) Melissa, Thomas, Stephan und Anne

Great appartment, people, and pool!

We had a good time in a spacious appartment in a big house in the middle of green Umbria. We loved the swimming pool, which was really big and clean. As we ourselves have a dog, we had a good time with four, and sometimes five dogs, although they chase the ball we were playing with too..... The welcome by the owners is very friendly, and this welcome atmosphere continued throughout our stay. In short, we had a very good stay!

"Bon séjour, propriétaires très accueillants et attentifs. Location correspondant à la description,au calme. Attention il y a 5 chiens, donc la cohabitation doit être réfléchie.Cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes, les chiens sont gentils mais il faut absolument en tenir compte."

"Les propriétaires sont très serviables et très sympathiques. Le terrain est grand et bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et l''eau n''agresse pas les yeux (très important quand on a des enfants). Les cinq chiens de la maison sont bien éduqués et gentils. Toutefois, il faut être conscient qu''on doit faire attention aux activités que l''on souhaite faire sur le terrain : Les chiens participent volontiers ! Nous avons passés trois semaines tranquilles, même notre chat a profité des vacances !"

"Nous sommes tout à fait ...

"Nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits de notre séjour dans la propriété de Marilena et Massimo. L’appartement est spacieux et équipé conformément à la description fournie lors de la réservation. L’environnement est très calme tout en restant à distance raisonnable des différents commerces et sites touristiques à visiter. Nous avons également pu profiter des différents produits maison 100% naturels (huile d’olive, abricots, œufs, vin, ….), ainsi que de la très grande piscine. La gentillesse des propriétaires est également à souligner, toujours disponibles et attentionnés à notre égard sans jamais être envahissants. Notre séjour de trois semaines dans le cœur de l’Ombrie nous aura permis de découvrir une très belle région, authentique et encore relativement préservée du tourisme de masse."

"Nous avons été enchanté par l'environnement très calme. Nous étions la première famille à loger dans l'appartement et nos hôtes nous ont fournis quasi immédiatement le matériel qui nous manquait. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et Massimo et Marilena ont toujours été très prévenants sans être toutefois imposants et nous ont fait bénéficier des produits de leur jardin (légumes, huile d'olive...) et nous ont prodiguer d'astucieux conseils de visites. Cet appartement est confortable, cependant on peut juste noter que les lits sont très hauts et que la piscine n'est pas clôturée pour les enfants en bas âge."

"Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la villa Azzolina: la maison est très spacieuse, offrant tout le confort souhaitable et dans un environnement très agréable.La piscine à débordement agrémente le parc verdoyant et fleuri. De surcroît, les propriétaires, Marilena et Massimo ainsi que leurs enfants, sont charmants et attentionnés, veillant constamment à ce que notre séjour se déroule pour le mieux, nous proposant régulièrement les produits de leur terroir (légumes du jardin, huile d'olives, vin ...) Cette propriété, située au coeur de l'Ombrie,nous a permis de visiter des sites touristiques renommés(Roma, Perougia, Siena, Assise, Firenze...) Séjour inoubliable !!!"
