About this property

Magnificent sea view, very quiet, private pool, beach 5 min away, private domain

(Owner is bilingual english so don't hesitate to get in touch for any question)
Comfortable villa for 6 people with beautiful sea views from every room, large terrace, beautiful 150m2 lawn, large garden, pool, on a 2000m2 property. Secure access by automatic gate.

The villa is independent (not attached to any other house) and the swimming is private to the house for you and you only.

The beach is a 5 min drive, with access and parking reserved for residents of the area.
Golf has 7 minutes by car. City center 10 minutes (even in summer).

The entrance is in the main room living / dining room of 45m2, facing the garden, lawn, pool and sea view. The room has been completely renovated with a new bay window 4m wide onto the 70m2 terrace overlooking the lawn, pool and sea view. The living room is equipped with big LCD screen with BluRay player / DVD / CD.

On your right, separated by a bar, large fully equipped kitchen.

On your left corridor serving room 'parents' (double bed), the 'child' room (double bed), 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate toilet.

Stairs down to 1 bedroom 'friends' (double bed) + 1 bathroom (with bathtub usable as shower too) + toilet + separate kitchenette + laundry room

All the comfort is also available outside : multiple sun beds and sun chairs, an outdoor lounge on the terrace + another outdoor lounge close to the pool, hammock, outdoor dining tables, gaz barbecue, pétanque area, ping-pong table, ...

Un séjour de rêve

La maison est magnifique. Comme les photos, mais encore plus belle. Les chambres sont grandes et aérées. La cuisine est spacieuse, avec une fenêtre vers la piscine et la mer et il a absolument tout ce qu’il faut, y compris un très bon barbecue à gas à l’extérieur. Comme la maison est en hauteur il avait toujours un peu de vent pour nous rafraîchir, en plus d’une belle vue et un lever du soleil spectaculaire. Erik nous a accueilli et nous a expliqué la maison et nous a donné des conseils utiles. Il était extrêmement gentil et disponible pendant tout notre séjour, lui et sa maison nous ont laissé complètement a l’aise c’est qui a fait toute la différence. La plage est à 5 minutes en voiture, le centre ville de Sainte Maxime (très sympa) à 10 minutes et les bateaux verts font la traversée vers Saint Tropez en 15 minutes à partir du port. Vraiment un séjour de rêve. Un grand merci à Erik de la part de notre famille.

Confort, espace et calme !

Avec nos deux enfants de 3 ans et 12 mois, nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans la villa La Nartelle. La vue est splendide, on respire bien, le calme bien réel, la nature apaisante, le jardin suffisamment grand pour jouer et s'y détendre. La terrasse offre deux zones : une dans des cossus canapés pour l'apéro le regard tourné vers le bleu de la mer, l'autre sur une large table pour dîner en famille. La maison est lumineuse, confortable, bien équipée en électroménager et parfaitement propre. Le propriétaire est très gentil et à l'écoute. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage mais un "parking" à l'intérieur du domaine évite tout problème de places.

Maison au calme avec vue imprenable sur la mer.

Très bon séjour, une villa bien équipée, bien entretenue, belle décoration emplacement très calme. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse prolongée du jardin et son gazon incroyable, épais comme un matelas avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Proximité de la plage agréable et place assurée pour la voiture. Accueil sympathique du propriétaire qui permet de se sentir comme chez soi. A conseiller.

plein les yeux!!!

exactitude des descriptions et situation de la villa. les photos vous donne l'envie d'y aller et d'y rester. peut etre un peu loin des animations mais le calme compense. propre et entretenue. propriétaire sympathique, discret je recommande cette location a famille (sans enfant car pas de piscine), amis.

Why they chose this property

This was my mum's house until she decided to put it on sale in order to move in a different area. At that time I took the decision to invest and buy the house. That was in 2001. Since then many parts have been renovated and extended, such as the swimming pool added in 2017.
