Lakefront Cabin sits on a 2 acre parcel directly on Partridge Lake. Fremont offers a wide range of entertainment activities such as Boating, Waterskiing, Fishing, Swimming, public beach 1 mile from cabin, Waterfront Bars and Restaurants, a Wakeboard and Surf School, Boat and PWC Rental, Marinas, and the Web-footer Water-ski Shows Wednesdays and Sundays during the summer. Every year in early May, the White-bass arrive in Fremont to produce some of the best fishing of the year. People travel from across the country for the White-bass Run. There are no daily limits, and it’s not uncommon for a boat to bring in 100 fish in a day! There are also many other fish species in the Wolf River such as walleye, northern pike, catfish, bluegill, and a variety of other species. We offer an 8 passenger Pontoon boat rental for a daily rate, please message for availability and rate.

The bear Lodge has a private dock for you to use on Partridge Lake. This dock can accommodate 2 boats.
2 SUP boards, 4 Kayaks, canoe, 2 water swim mats, 5 bikes, Use for "FREE" while staying with us! These are community items shared between all my properties. You are always welcome to bring your own items as well.
Rural living at its best. No WIFI available at our properties.. No pets allowed in or on our properties, no exceptions, please do not ask.

Beautiful quiet retreat!

My family of 6 (including 4 kids ages 6-10) loved this cabin and location! It was so quiet and there was a lot of yard space for the kids to play. The lake is beautiful and the cabin has a great view. It was a nice quiet lake for our children to tube and learn to ski. The small channel next to the cabin was perfect for playing on the paddle boards. Rhonda was very helpful and accommodating! Our only disappointment was that we didn't stay longer! It was an excellent place to stay for the Oshkosh airshow too.

Lovely

Charming cabin. Rooms are not separated by doors (just a sheet essentially) and have to walk through the ‘bedrooms’ to get to the bathroom. But it was great for our family regardless. Charming, clean, everything you need. Yard is great and large! Love the access to a dock (for a boat) and the ability to use all the great ‘toys’ such as canoe, paddle boards, kayaks and swim mats!! Great stay!

Relaxing family getaway

great cabin and location for a family getaway. We rented the main cabin that had the lake frontage. Our kiddos enjoyed the large yard to run around in. We didn’t have any luck with fishing, but the kayaks and Paddle boards more than made up for it. The lake was perfect for it. The swimmat made jumping of the dock and horsing around in the water more fun. The cabin had everything we needed to prepare meals and enough room to sleep our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. The view and weather were spectacular! Thanks for a great stay Ms. Rhonda

Cozy, clean, & great views!

Booked this cute cabin for a girls weekend. I instantly fell in love with this cozy cabin, it's views from the number of windows it had, and huge lot it was on. We rented the pontoon boat as well which is a must in my eyes. We spent the day on the river/lake which was a ball. They had a fire pit which we enjoyed at night and bought fire wood from Jellystone.. The property/cabin was nicely maintained and the flower pots were very pretty! I would highly recommend this scerene cabin to anyone! I will be booking soon for our next years girls weekend! On a side note: After returning home after a fun weekend, I learned that my grandparents used to own the cabin back in the 70's and my Grandpa had built it! It had all made sense why I fell in love with it from the time I seen it on VRBO :) Glad I was able to spend time at this cabin, it was very meaningful!

Partridge Lake

This cabin was well maintained and clean. We had a great experience with it and very accommodating for us. Kayaking was excellent. The camping next to us was quiet but we could hear the traffic on the main road. Which is not the owner's fault. Overall, was awesome and a great girls getaway. Thank you Rhonda

Highly Recommend!!

This property was perfect for what I was looking for! The view of the lake is perfect! We loved how we had free range to the canoes, kayaks, and partake boards. Rhonda was amazing to work with through the whole thing and if we ran out of something at the place, should be bring you so more! This was such a great experience through her. I will definitely will be going through her again when I need a great place on the water!

Awesome cabin !perfect location

Ronda has the most incredible place on lake partridge ! Gorgeous huge property with everything anyone needs , the cabin is so nice I would love to own something like it . The boat dock with electricity , fish cleaning station with water and electricity and lights for cleaning fish at night, it’s a fisherman’s paradise !! Thank you Ronda you are the best !!!

Decent cabin. Great view! You do have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the only bathroom which isn’t great. Very clean and we caught lots of fish off the dock!

Long Weekend on the Wolf

Rhonda and her husband were always available via text or phone during our stay. We stayed at the Bear Lodge and it fit our group of guys very nicely. The front yard is big and the backyard is bigger. We were able to play a game of baseball in the backyard and never felt cramped outside. The cottage is air conditioned which was needed. The pontoon rental through them was great. We rented a jet ski from town and drove it to Partridge Lake where the cottage is located and the owners allowed us to use the pier as docking point. We had a blast on the lake and river using the water toys. The campfire ring is great and was used every night. We enjoyed golfing about 15 minutes away and picked up supplies in Waupaca at the Pick n Save. If you've ever wanted to experience the Wolf River, this is a nice launching spot.

Perfect Getaway

Extremely clean. Great location. Took advantage of all the toys...swim mat, kayaks, & bikes. Great patio to eat outdoors & when it got too buggy, the front of the cabin is all windows so it still feels like you are outdoors. Comfortable beds. Central air conditioning kept the unit cool.
