Great Place

This 2 bedroom 2 bath was a great place for my friend and I to spend the week. It has a surprisingly big open kitchen, dining and living space. Location is great, a mile from the pier and great restaurants.

Excellent location

The apartment is literally a five minute walk to the beach. The beach was nice and not too crowded. What’s nice is if you’re a multigenerational group, apartment B is right next door making it easy for a large group to stay together. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Great value here!

This place was perfect for us! Kids were beyond excited about the short walk to the beach, that on its own made this place worth booking. The laundry room has a wash sink installed making post-beach clean up easy and fast. Place felt clean, safe area, and just enough room for our family. Would absolutely recommend- there’s a lot of bang for your buck with this place.

Mother’s day Weekend

We wanted to be by the beach for mother’s day weekend and this was the perfect location for us. the bedrooms were awesome. two full bathrooms for privacy if needed,washer and dryer,outdoor seating area and so much more. there were also beach chairs and umbrellas and toys so you don’t even need to bring anything

Nice Apartment

The apartment is lovely and provides an ideal accommodation. The location was perfect, with easy access to supermarkets such as Whole Foods and a plethora of restaurants to choose from. What's more, the beach was only a stone's throw away. One of the standout features of our stay was the host, who went above and beyond to ensure that our time there was nothing short of amazing.

Wonderful vacation

We had a great vacation here. We have a two year old so we need an extra room so this was perfect. The place was great. Perfectly clean and a great location. My little dogs loved it too. One of our dogs has issues walking on certain floors and he had no issues here which was a relief. :) Communication with Dan was prompt and friendly. We will definitely return again. Thank you Dan.

Family Trip

We were Very pleased with our overall stay here. This is our 2nd time booking with Dan and he and his property have delivered each time! We appreciated the beach toys and chairs as we were traveling with kids and it made it so convenient. The property was so close to the beach. It took us about 5 min to get there and that’s only because there is a huge construction project going on where you cross to get to the beach and sometimes you have to wait for it to clear out. Even with that it was still an awesome experience All around. This place has everything you’ll need for a fun family vacation.

A week or so before our started, host Dan reached out to me with final reviews for our stay. Excellent communication with Dan. The accommodations were as advertised - actually better- very clean, neat and modern. Being a group aged 61 plus, the location was ideal; quiet but yet an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and we were all very pleased with our experience and if all properties are as well maintained as this one, and hosts as accommodating as Dan, we would be delighted to do so again. 5 star stay.

Great Spot, HIDDEN GEM!

walk across the road to the beach, close enough to what you need to make it fun, but not in the midst of mayhem! Place is super clean and meets every need one may have! Across the street and down to left, is a restaurant called Seaside Grill which has a tiki bar out by pool and beach. It serve up delicious pina coladas! Adventure seekers: wave runners and kite boarding all to do as well. Dan is a great person to work with and has a quick response time! Thanks Dan for a stress-free rental process and for sharing your wonderful place! We truly enjoyed and will be back again!

Totally shocked!!!!

This place was comfortable and a perfect fit for my little family! Man right next to the beach. A!!! Totally worth it! My son booked this place for me and I was not impressed at first. The pictures does this place no justice! So I was like yea that’s not where I want to stay. And knowing my wife. She was not feeling the pictures either. So she really didn’t want to stay here. So I almost just canceled it and took my losses. So glad I didn’t! As soon as I open the door, I was hooked! The wife loved it! Perfect for us! So relaxing, peaceful and roomy. Perfect for a small family or a couple of four. And again, a hop, skip and a jump from the beach! Very comfortable! And Dan was on it!!!!! Providing us with places for the kids to enjoy, making sure we had what we needed and just Johnny on the spot with responding time. Dan my man, you got the perfect little setup! I would definitely stay again!

SALT LIFE Living at it's best!

This property was so perfect from the moment we stepped in. The owner Dan was an exceptional host. Him and his wife were very helpful with a few items we needed for our stay! The whole place felt like we moved into our dream vacation home! We will definitely be back to enjoy the beach and home again! I highly suggest this unit/property owner for families looking to spend their days and or nights at the beach! Being a block away from the beach allowed us to be there morning, noon, and night as we desired! I also want to add that they have all of the beach necessities including a beach umbrella and sand toys!! Enjoy your stay. We definitely had the vacation of a lifetime!
