PIEDS DANS L'EAU IN COLLIOURE

The historic town of Collioure is located in the south of France, just 20 minutes from the Spanish border and 15 minutes from Perpignan.
This wonder is nestled on a rocky coast, where the waters of the sea meet the Pyrenees. Famous for its sunny climate and history, Collioure will be an ideal place for your holiday in the South of France.
Our apartment is part of an old fisherman's house located on the first line of the beach.
The apartment is on the 3rd and last floor of a typical Collioure fishermen's house, which means that there is no noise pollution. But, as a result, it is unfortunately not accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility.
The accommodation is a 56 m2 duplex apartment with, upstairs, 2 real independent bedrooms, where part of the family can rest, while the others enjoy the living room on the ground floor.
The building is ideally located near the sandy beach of the suburb, on a small square with a balcony view of the sea, the castle and the square.
The direct proximity to the shops and the village centre is very appreciable after a day on the beach and a walk.
The sandy beach is 10 metres from the apartment, just the street to cross. The accommodation is nicely decorated and modern, but keeping the cachet of the old. The bedding is comfortable and the kitchen equipment is more than enough to make your stays pleasant.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with independent adjustment for each room. A garage (2.65m X 5.60m) is available free of charge less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. For those who own large vehicles that do not fit in standard garages, there is the glacier car park 20 m from the apartment at a rate of €13 for 24 hours

Our guests appreciate the calm of our apartment, the view of the castle and the sea from the balcony, and above all the direct proximity to the beach and the shops at the foot of the building.
Just a little physical activity is required to climb the typical Collioure staircase to the apartment. PLEASE NOTE that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Reservations during the months of July and August are made from Saturday to Saturday.
During the other times of the year we are flexible. Travellers who wish to rent linen at a rate of 20 euros per full for the stay are to be ordered after booking because the Vrbo IT department does not allow it to do so during your check-in
