The property was outstanding, it had everything you could possibly want & the views were amazing

The owners of this property were two very lovely gentlemen, who made us feel very welcome & always made sure we were ok and happy. The property itself was perfect, it had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean & tidy and kept to a very high standard. The outside was also exceptional with very good landscaping and the views were amazing! We spent two very happy weeks here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful holiday home

The house is great, with the perfect view of Giens , Porquerolles and the ocean. The Pool is very nice, the kids loved it. It looks everything exactly like on the pictures. Yvan and Pascal are very nice. They keep everything around the house clean everyday almost like in a hotel but are very discrete and you hardly see them during the day. So everything you see is for you to use only. There are also many nice beaches in the area (Badine, Pellegrin…).

Amazing House - but no privacy

Very Nice House. But We should have been informed of the fact that the owners also lives at the property. It is not at private pool when the owners has their windows less than 2 meters from the pool. It is not at private terrasse when the owners walks by several times a day.

Une vue magnifique, unique, splendide, dont on ne peut se lasser même aprés 2 semaines, et que l'on quitte avec regret. 4 belles terrasses, joliment et confortablement meublées, pour petit-déj', apéro ou bains de soleil. Les jardins sont magnifiques et bien entretenus. Yvan et Pascal sont des hôtes charmants, prévenants et de bon conseil. Rien ne manque pour passer de belles vacances. La piscine est de grande longueur, idéale pour nageurs mais être chauffée serait un plus (en dehors des grosses chaleurs). La maison est très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Les photos correspondent tout à fait à la réalité, mais en moins bien

Une semaine formidable

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cette magnifique villa. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et ont répondu à toutes nos questions à tout moment. Notre chienne Luna a également beaucoup apprécié. On s'est occupé d'elle et on l'a surveillée pendant notre absence, ce qui nous a permis de nous détendre et de nous consacrer pleinement à nos vacances. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und idyllisch gelegen. Man kann sich über drei Ebenen wunderbar entspannen, der Pool ist ein Traum, der Blick über die Region atemberaubend.Die Küche ist äußerst gut ausgestattet.Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm und sympathisch und helfen bei allen Fragen jederzeit gerne.Wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Urlaub dort.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Vermieter waren freundlich,zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick und der Pool waren sehr schön. Das Haus und das ganz Grundstück war sehr ordentlich und unser Hund war dort auch herzlich willkommen. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Freundliche Grüße von uns 4 an Pascal, Yvan und ihre süßen Hauskatzen:)

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben uns während der zwei Wochen, die wir in dem Haus verbracht haben, sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat eine herausragende Lage, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und hochwertig, ein perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Hinzu kommt, dass es zwei sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber gibt, die uns mit Empfehlungen und Unterstützung stets zur Verfügung standen. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Villa d’exception dans un cadre enchanteur.

Yvan et Pascal sont des hôtes attentionnés et très chaleureux. Ils nous ont accueilli dans leur petit coin de paradis, une maison accrochée à la falaise, baignée de soleil toute la journée mais qui reste fraîche à toute heure. Les nombreuses terrasses permettent d’être à tout moment soit au soleil, soit à l’ombre (en fonction des envies du moment). La vue est majestueuse et la brise maritime offre une fraîcheur permanente malgré la chaleur du soleil de juillet. Magnifique piscine et extérieurs impeccablement entretenus. Maison décorée avec soin et avec goût qui charmerons ceux qui sont sensibles aux beaux objets. Si vous cherchez des bonnes adresses à découvrir dans la région, n’hésitez pas à leur demander, vous ne serrez pas déçu ! Un seul regret, ce fut trop court 😇, vivement l’année prochaine !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Gepflegtes Haus an toller Lage. Freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus, den vielen Terrassen mit wunderbarer Aussicht und den grossen Pool sehr genossen.

Une belle villa avec vue magnifique

La villa est dans un domaine sécurisé, qui domine la ville hyères et offre une vue panoramique sur la mer et sur l'arrière pays. De conception moderne, type villa d'architecte, elle est très agréable à vivre avec ses terrasses, ses jardins suspendus parfaitement entretenus. La présence des propriétaires est on ne peu plus discrète mais si on a besoin de conseils ou de bonnes adresses ils savent donner les bonnes recommandations qui contribueront à la qualité du séjour. Si nous en avons la possibilité, nous reviendrons.

Kleines Paradies

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Straßen zum Haus sind super und Parkplätze gibt es auch ausreichend. Es gibt sehr viele Treppen, was ggf. für ältere Personen oder Kleinkinder ein Problem sein könnte. Wir waren mit unserem Hund angereist, aber da er Treppen kennt war es kein Problem. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, einzig zu erwähnen uns war nicht bewusst, dass die Vermieter auf dem Grundstück in einem Studio direkt neben dem Pool wohnen. Das steht in den anderen Bewertungen, aber leider nicht in der Beschreibung.

Ein perfekter Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub

Genau zwischen der Stadt Hyeres und der Küste ist das Ferienhaus sehr ruhig gelegen. Alles entsprach den Fotos im Inserat und wir haben ein sehr schönes, sauberes, gepflegtes und komplett eingerichtetes Feriendomizil vorgefunden. Die Vermieter waren stets hilfsbereit und hatten viele nützliche Tipps. Unser Highlight waren die verschiedenen Sonnenterassen und der große Pool. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Een geweldige vakantie. 😎

Onze vakantie was weer een voltreffer. Het huis was piekfijn in orde. Dagelijks werd het zwembad, de terrassen en de handdoeken in orde gebracht. Je hebt de service van een hotel. De eigenaars doen alles om het naar je zin te maken. We zijn nu het derde jaar geweest en volgend jaar gaan we terug. De omgeving is prachtig en het uitzicht magnifiek. Elk jaar leren we plaatsen kennen waar we nog niet geweest zijn. We kijken al uit naar volgend jaar. Bedankt Yvan en Pascal.

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable, propriété très propre avec tout l´équipement dont on a besoin, il ne manque vraiment rien. La vue est époustouflante, l´emplacement très calme. Les propriétaires habitent directement sur le site mais sont très sympatiques et toujours prêts à vous donner de bons conseils. Merci!!!

40 minutes à pied de la plage !!!

Bonjour, Suite à un séjour de 1 semaine passé dans cette maison, je tiens a vous précisez quelques points : - l'hôte annonçait 15 minutes à pied pour aller à la plage, nous avons mis 40 minutes, un calvaire pas possible avec des escaliers et un dénivelé impressionnant, résultat c'est la première année que j'ai du prendre ma voiture pour aller à la plage, le propriétaire me proposant de me rembourser ...ou même de commander un UBER pour aller à la plage. (je crois qu'il nous a pris pour des américains) - il n'y a pas 2 chambres mais 1 seule car il n'y a pas de porte sur la chambre parentale juste un rideau ... super pour l'intimité... - "Les propriétaires vivent dans un studio entièrement indépendant et sans vis-à-vis sur la propriété." , c'est faux les propriétaires prennent la même entrée et la même sortie que les locataires et vous les voyez tous les jours, la douche extérieur est même devant la vitre de leur studio qui est jumelée à la maison !!! Première fois que nos vacances se passent comme ça, je ne recommande pas du tout ce Monsieur qui joue sur les mots et ne pensent qu'à prendre son argent. C.Bergeretti

Sonne am Morgen, Lichter am Abend.. Toller Blick, ruhige schöne Lage, schönes Anwesen, wo es an nichts fehlt, ebenso die nette Konversation mit den Gastgebern. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit!

Magnifique villa avec vue sur la mer

Een PRACHTIG vakantiehuis.

Het is een super vakantiehuis met een prachtig uitzicht zowel op Hyéres als de zee...het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien...het zwembad is geweldig...temperatuur van het water perfect...je wordt er in de watten gelegd door de verhuurders.....ze zijn ook heel discreet...’s morgens is buiten alles klaar en opgeruimd zonder dat je er iets van merkt ....dit is ons tweede jaar op rij bij Yvan en Pascal en we hebben ook voor volgend jaar geboekt.....Hyères is een goede uitvalsbasis en zelf niet zo druk als bijv St Tropez.... Onze twee honden gaan ook elk jaar mee en zijn daar heel welkom....van Yvan krijg je veel nuttige tips over mooie uitstappen die niet in de toeristische gids staan....waar hondenstranden zijn enz..spijtig is het weer voorbij maar we kijken al uit naar volgend jaar.

Une maison parfaite

Cette maison est tout simplement un petit paradis. De part sa situation , elle permet d'avoir une vue imprenable sur la mer qui est toute proche et sur les îles dans un endroit particulièrement calme. Toutes les pièces de cette maison moderne ont été très bien conçues , rien n'y manque et le confort y est assuré. Avec ses 3 terrasses et son solarium, il est toujours possible de choisir soleil ou ombre de même qu'à la piscine où un espace est prévu à cet effet. Les hôtes sont vraiment agréables , très discrets mais toujours prêts à vous donner de précieux renseignements.

Wunderschöne Villa mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Küste und Hyères. Für eine Familie der perfekte Ort, die Ferien zu verbringen. Yvan und Pascal, die Vermieter, haben wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Gewürze etc. müssen aus hygienischen Gründen selbst besorgt werden). Pascal und Yvan wohnen selbst auf dem Grundstück und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Merci pour le chaleureux accueil et pour les recommandations phantastiques. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage auf dem Hügel zwingend. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß genug zum schwimmen.
