The Neighborhood:
Keauhou Estates is a gated residential community located just five minutes from Kona. There, you’ll be able to enjoy a quiet, residential neighborhood yet have the convenience of shopping and restaurants nearby. The Kailua Kona coast boasts dry, sunny weather, lovely beaches, and a vibrant town. From here you can enjoy the variety the island has to offer from a day of golf to coffee tasting. The beach of Kahalu’u less than 5 minutes away is one of the best snorkel beaches on the island with calm water and large populations of fish and sea turtles.

Getting Around:
The home is in close proximity to the vibrant town of Kona, where you will be able to enjoy shopping and world-class dining. The dry, sunny weather near Kona is ideal for visiting one of the many nearby beaches. Kahalu'u has some of the best snorkeling on the island with calm waters and large populations of native sea turtles.
